• Time used not efficiently• Struggle while dividing roles(leader is not clear)

What did we learn, results

• Multicultural work is different from work in monocultural team - different cultural backgrounds require more time for discussions

• Have to be careful with imposing your opinion – words matter

• Project work is unguided• Language is a barrier• We have completed our project, but there is space for

improvement
