3 SECAmb performance for Cat A < 8 mins, currently stands at 73.8% Nov YTD, to reach 75% target for year they need to reach 75% in Dec and 79% each month for Jan to Mar. This trajectory was not achieved in November, with the Cat A monthly performance of 76.1%. Category A 19 and B 19 performance are both above target for the month and year to date. The high level of activity at the end of November and continuing into December means that performance has dropped. The Trust has asked commissioners for financial support to enable independent ambulance provision. The extent to which this is above the level of funding through the price for over activity is being discussed. The Trust has been asked for their assessment of the impact on performance over the whole year, however, much will depend on the length of time the pressure continues. Emergency Care
