Why In News- Former chief election commissioner S Y Quraishi authored a book "The Population Myth: Islam, Family Planning and Politics in India". Why In News- Manish Sisodia has launched the TESOL Core Certificate Program for English teachers of Delhi Government schools. The current batch is of 50 teachers. TESOL stands for “Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages”. It includes teaching English as a foreign language as well as a second language in a country where the primary language is English.
