Sort of…some things you can assume:
1. If you see a straight line, you can assume it is straight.
2. If you see angles next to each other, then they are really next to each other.
But, never, ever assume any type of measurementuntil it is told, or you can prove it!

Polygon: a closed figure with straight segments as sides.

Convex Polygons:
Concave Polygons:
• Perimeter: distance around.
Regular Polygon: A polygon that has all equal sides, and equal angles on the inside.
(Regular Polygons CANNOT be concave)
