Pr i va t e G roup D i n i n g You will enter the Australian Outback at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo after dark, where you willenjoy a delicious 3 course meal alongside our adorable resident Koalas. Located in the heartof Sydney in stunning Darling Harbour, you and your guests will be captivated by our authenticAustralian exhibits as you enjoy the sunset from Koala Rooftop.
The evening will begin with a 45 minute after dark guided torchlight tour including keeper talks andanimal encounters along the way!
Arriving at the Koala Rooftop you will be shown to your table for your meal. This is the zoo'spremier event space and allows you take in the full beauty of the evening sky over Darling Harbourand the Kangaroo Walkabout exhibit whilst enjoying a delicious meal alongside our cuddly koalas!

1: Arrival for the ExperienceGuests are required to arrive at the venue(WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo) promptly at theadvertised start time (5.15pm) on theconfirmation letter. Finish times cannot beamended to accommodate for late arrival.Missed bookings will not be re-scheduled.
2. Unruly BehaviourUnacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.The Hirer shall be responsible for the goodconduct of all guests. Merlin staff have theauthority to remove any guests from thepremises if they are behaving in an unruly,dangerous or otherwise unacceptable manner.
3: Children / Guests Under 18Any guests under 18yrs old attending the Eventmust be declared at the time of booking, andare to be supervised at all times by aresponsible adult additionally the Hirer mustensure that children are not at risk on enteringor leaving the Venue.
4: Dietary RequirementsWe do request that all special requirements aremade know to the Merlin Events team at thetime of booking. Whilst all care will be taken toprovide special meals to meet all dietaryrequirements, the venue is unable to guaranteethat any meal will be 100% free of all traces ofnuts, dairy, gluten or other products that mayproduce allergic reactions in certain people.
For extreme allergies, special arrangementsmust be discussed with the Merlin Events team
5: Responsible Service of AlcoholAll staff are trained in the Liquor Licensingaccredited Responsible Service of Alcohol andby law we reserve the right to refuse entry anypersons in accordance with liquorlicensing requirements or to serve alcohol toany person whom they believe to be intoxicatedor under age. Any intoxicated persons will be removed fromthe venue. In accordance with liquor licensinglaw s in New South Wales, minors are onlypermitted on the premises in the company oftheir legal or parental guardian and may beasked to leave the venue at the discretion ofmanagement. At no time is a minor permitted toconsume alcohol on these premises.
6: Decorations / Theming
Any decorations or theming must receive priorwritten approval from the Merlin Events team.Should you choose to arrange any additionaltheming for the space, the use of confetti, glitterscatters, shells, and balloons is prohibited
7. AnimalsAll of our animals must be treated with respectat all times. Any behaviour or activity thatendangers or threatens the animals’ welfare orcompromises the habitats will not be toleratedand will result in the immediate removal of theguest by security or staff.
8: CancellationIn the regrettable circumstances that acustomer cancels a booking, the venue shall beentitled to the following payment:(i) Cancelation with a full refund will bepermitted up to 10 working days prior to yourexperience date.(ii) If cancellation for a booking occurs less than10 working days prior to the experience datethe full payment will be retained.
Merlin Entertainments may cancel a ConfirmedBooking at any time if there is a force majeureevent, or any other event, which in thereasonable opinion of Merlin Entertainments,causes it to be unsafe or inappropriate to holdthe booking.
In the event of cancellation of a ConfirmedBooking by Merlin Entertainments, MerlinEntertainments will refund the event total to theHirer if, in the reasonable opinion of MerlinEntertainments, the Hirer is not in any wayresponsible for the cancellation.
9. Breach of AgreementMerlin Entertainments reserve the right at theirsole discretion to refuse to approve anybooking or to cancel the agreement for Hire atany time for any breach of the above Termsand Conditions. Failure by the Hirer to abide bythese Terms and Conditions will be regarded asa breach of the agreement for Hire giving MerlinEntertainments the right to retain full payment.

If we do not receive this form within 24 hours, your tentative booking will automatically be removed.
