Meditation With TheLight
During this workshop, Healer and Seer Troy
Greene will teach participants how to meditate
using the power of the light. Individuals will gain
an understanding of their spiritual wellbeing and
deepen their inner peace.

Early Spring teachings In this workshop, Grandmother Pauline Shirt
will share teachings about the early Spring
and the cycle of the Sucker Moon and its
relationship to people on earth. The use of
medicines and ceremonies during the early

Learn To Bead: HairBarrettes
Join our beading circle and learn how to bead
intricate indigenous hair barrettes for yourself or
a friend! You will be provided step-by-step
instruction, beading supplies and a warm
atmosphere to socialize with each other.
Thursday May 16th from 1-5pm
Learn To Make: MedicinePouches
Participants will come together in circle to learn
about the significance and uses of the four
sacred medicines and how they can be used in
your own lives. The group will practice a prayer
in the Ojibwe language, then fabricate
individual pouches and personalize them with
bead work.
Tuesday May 7th from 10am-

Healing With Colour &Symbolism
Healer Pam Tremblay-Hayes and Oshkaabewis
John Hayes, will guide participants through a
meditation to assist with the creative process.
The group will then create a personal symbolic
“medicine shield."
Thursday May 30th from 1-5pm
Learn to Bead: Earrings Come out and learn how to bead a set of
traditional Indigenous earrings and the
teachings behind beading. If you are already
working on a pair of earrings, feel free to bring
them along too! All beading supplies are
provided at no cost.

Wednesdays 5-7pm
Ojibwe Language Drop-In Program
This drop-in program will provide Indigenous
people with the opportunity to learn the
foundations of the Ojibwe language. Fluent
speakers are also welcome to attend to create
an enriched group learning experience.
Drumming CirclePeer-led drop-in group that teaches
participants how to play the hand drum
while singing Indigenous songs.

Learn To Bead:Necklaces
Take part in our beading circle and learn to
bead a traditional Indigenous necklace. All
beading supplies and step-by-step instruction
will be provided.

Learn To Make: BirchBark Baskets
Participants will learn about the historical and
cultural importance of birch bark for Indigenous
people, as well as acquire the skills to fabricate
and decorate their very own birch bark
basket. Small baskets are a perfect container
for keeping medicines, spiritual items, jewelry,
and more.

Strawberry MoonTeachings
This circle will celebrate the teachings of the
Strawberry Moon guided by Grandmother
Pauline Shirt. A young guest will narrate her
journey into womanhood with the help of a Berry
Fast. The group will also celebrate the Summer
Solstice and Indigenous Solidarity Day.
Cedar Foot Soak Join Elder Métis Healer, Pamela Tremblay-Hayes
as she guides participants in a healing cedar
foot soak and teaching. This workshop is open to
clients who self-identify as Indigenous and
experience generalized stress and/or anxiety.
Monday June 10th from

Medicine Walk Medicine Man, Jake Agoneh, and Oshkaabewis,
John Matheson will guide participants on a
medicine walk and discuss where to find and
identify healing plants at a local wild spot.
During the walk, the group will discuss the day’s
learnings and teachings with each other while
enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

The Triple P program is run by two facilitators
