between county school systems and where counted in net enrollment:

– Transfer requests must be agreed to by both boards

– Establishes process for appeal to State Superintendent if both boards do not agree

– If student transfers without agreement of both boards or successful appeal, student is to be counted in net enrollment of county of residence

– $71/month increase in basic salaries– $1/month increase in the experience increment– Increases educational bonus by $1/month– Adds additional educational bonus increments

of $11/month for BA+15, MA+15, MA+30, MA+45 and MA+60

– Increases the educational bonus for those with degrees (Associate, Bachelor, Masters, and Doctorate) to $40/month for each degree level
