The Hibiscus Coast and surrounding area boasts some of New Zealand’s most beautiful beaches and inspiring views over the Hauraki Gulf. In an environment such as this there is no shortage of creative talent. This Art Studio Trail includes a selection of the talent spread across this area from Orewa to the end of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula.
The aim of the Art Studio Trail is to promote the work of local artists on the Hibiscus Coast and make local art available to the public in one easy event. The event directly benets local artists through the promotion of studios and galleries and sales of work. It also contributes to the local economy and attracts visitors to the area while raising the prole of the Hibiscus Coast as an arts hub.
