IV. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar Items are matters that both the Committee and Applicant have agreed upon and require no discussion.

V. CONTINUED MATTERS - Continued Matters are items that have been previously reviewed but were not voted upon by the Committee. Further discussion respective to issues which necessitated the continuance from a previous agenda will likely be required prior to action by the Committee.
A. 125 E Dudley Avenue - Proposed 661 square-foot, two bedroom/one bath, second dwelling to be constructed on the 0.12 acre subject property. The fac;:ade (horizontal wood siding) and roof (comp. shingle) material of the proposed second dwelling unit is to match the existing 846 square-foot primary single family residence located on the subject property.

VI. NEW MATTERS - New Matters are items that will be reviewed by the Committee and which may be subject to a vote of the Committee. Applicants and/or their representatives are asked to be in attendance to discuss these projects.
A. Citywide - Proposed text amendment to add Subsection U to Section 3804 of Chapter 15 of the Fresno Municipal Code relating to the deferral of certain sidewalk construction, driveway approaches and street trees in subdivisions until prior to occupancy of single family homes.

B. 1275 N Echo Avenue - Proposed remodel and addition to an existing single story, single family residence . Improvements include but are not limited to modification to front fac;:ade ; two story building addition to rear portion of primary residence; and a proposed carport to be attached to primary residence.

C. 971 E Alhambra - Development permit application No. P19-05790 pertains to 0.74 acres of vacant property locate on the northwest corner of North Van Ness and East Alhambra Avenues. The subject application proposes an 18-unit, gated multiple family apartment complex.

VII. COMMITTEE CONSULTATION AND UNSCHEDULED MATTERS-Committee Consultation Items and unscheduled matters are items that the general public can address to the Committee in order to request input on a proposed project with no formal recommendations, or to provide general information about projects and events in the Tower District. However, the Committee cannot take formal action on these items. (Unscheduled Items shall each be limited to five minutes.)

The next regular meeting of the Tower District Review Committee is tentatively scheduled for January 28, 2020
