LOCAL ATTRACTIONSCoffs Harbour has a range of attractions for families to experience. From the Big Banana, the Clog Barn, Dolphin Marine Magic, Forest Sky Pier, Muttonbird Island walk, Coffs Harbour Butterfly House, Botanic Gardens, Jetty Area and many local
beaches.
RIDE, WALK, SWIMThere is a range of activities to do on the Coffs Coast. Walk along local beach trails from Woolgoolga to Coffs Harbour, Sawtell headland and more. Run the local Coffs creek loop or Jetty area. Mountain bike trails are aplenty, with Cows with Guns and the Sawmill tracks. You can swim at the Jetty or head out to Bellingen to enjoy the Promised Land. Toormina Velodrome is a great location to practise riding on a track.
EATING OUT Coffs Harbour has many local restaurants where you can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines and enjoy a refreshing beverage.
C.ex Coffs has many options for eating in. The Brasserie is open for lunch and dinners, serving up simple, wholesome and delicious dishes that are largely influenced by modern Australian cuisine, with a few Asian inspired dishes. PLANK is a tranquil garden setting that serves up delicious coffee, homemade
treats and burgers. Ribeye Roof Top Bar and Kitchen is a fully licensed steakhouse offering both a premium dining experience with Ribeye Kitchen and a more casual, Ribeye Rooftop Bar.

Essential Information for ridersRULES AND REGULATIONS• Any person participating in the event must obey directions given by a CNSW
Official, Traffic Marshall or other club officials.• The majority of the racing circuit is not on closed roads so riders are expected
to follow road rules and ride on the left-hand side of the road at all times• Respect signs which have been put in place by the event organisers• Respect all road users, bikes, pedestrians and vehicles• Each rider is required to respect the environment and the natural areas visit-
ed. There is a zero-tolerance on littering including paper, plastic packaging etc on the event course.
• It is NOT permissible for any rider to use a personal music device this includes earphones, &/or speakers
• While every effort has been made to mark out and officiate the course route, it remains the rider’s responsibility to be conversant with the ride route.
• Cyclists are reminded that road cycling can be considered a dangerous sport and whilst all reasonable care is taken by organisers and officials when or-ganising an event, all participants have an equal responsibility to ensure they take all reasonable care by adhering to the road rules and other conditions imposed by ride officials, ensuring a safe ride environment for all concerned.
REGISTRATION • Registrations is open on Friday 20th September from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm at
the C.ex Coffs, Vernon St, Coffs Harbour.• Rider packs containing race transponder, race number and championship
program will be available for collection• Riders are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to save time on
race day• Riders will still be required to sign on for each individual race• Riders can also collect their rider packs on race day as per normal.
FACILITIES/FOOD• Toilet facilities will be available at the start/finish area at the Road Race and
the Criterium course• For the Road Race on Saturday 21st September, coffee and food will be avail-
able from Virtuosity Coffee van and a sausage sizzle will be run by the Sawtell Rotary Club

• For the Criterium race on Sunday 22nd September, coffee and food will be available from Virtuosity Coffee van and a sausage sizzle will be run by the Coffs Harbour Lions Club.
• The C.ex Coffs located in the heart of the CBD on Vernon St is also a great venue for food and drinks across the race weekend
• Woopi & Sapphire Physio will be providing massage services at both race events
SPECTATING• For the Road Race on Saturday 21st Sept, the best spot for spectating will be
at the start/finish area at Sid Burke Park on Pine Creek Way or at the top of Perry’s Hill (Cnr Keevers Drive and Perry’s Road).
• For the Criterium Race on Sunday 22nd September, anywhere in Brelsford Park in the CBD would be a great place to watch the action.
