Represents the difference between the original list price to the sales price of the home compared to the last list price to the sales price expressed in percentages of the sales price and grouped by Days on Market. The longer a home is on the market, the chance is greater that the sale will return less money to the seller; therefore, pricing the home correctly becomes an important factor.
