Afternoon Tea, Nigella's Dense Chocolate Loaf Cake -highly recommended- accompanied by a spot of Goroka coffee

If memory serves me correctly, the Challenger comes from a tradition of great eating and noble chefsf. This is one of her favourite dishes from her home town of..... Sydney. The Challenger today will present 2 dishes, “Yu heung ke zhi” and ... wait for it... RICE! (That she learnt to cook without a rice cooker deep in the mountains of PNG :)

Hmmmm... it's ah not too spicy... I ...ah... like it... hmmm....

And tonight's 4 litres of minestrone!
