MESHLIN Bio-Composite Products

Two types of Design_prePREG made of natural fibres are available for f u r t h e r p r o d u c t d e v e l o p me n t processes mostly in the field of interior design. First is the so called „wood-like“ prepreg, which design pattern is very similar to real wood`s vein. Final product samples can be shown on the skateboard and M55-e B i k e p a r t s .

The other prepreg types are the „FAN“ ones, which have different patterns and colours. Of course MESHINING design team is ready to support customer`s ideas and dreams serving m o r e p a t t e r n s a n d fabrics.

UD natural fibre prepregs are available offering solutions for a wide range of app l i c a t i ons i n i ndus t r i e s l i ke automotive, sport, interior design, f u r n i t u r e . According to customer`s request UD Structural- and Design prePREG can be combined. Rea l i zed product s amp l e s c an b e s ho wn i n t he Applications.

MESHINING offers different thicknesses and configurations of bio Sandwich composites, available in different thicknesses, configuration and in combination with distinct surface layers, namely Design_prePREG and Structural_prePREG. Customer is free to combine Balsa, Cork, Paper-honycomb, PUR and Airex core materials with Flax fiber reinforced MESHLIN prePREGs.
