Note: All MSCs to where inter-MSC handover, or subsequent handover to third MSC should be supported, must be defined as neighbouring MSC.

Block MNMSCGA Neighbouring MSC Group Administration

MGMGI Mobile Telephony, Neighbouring MSC Group, Initiate Defines neighbouring MSC group, and connects one MSC to that

group. MSC group can contain up to 16 MSCs. Note: Neighbouring MSC group acts in a same way as one single

neighbouring MSC, when pooled environment is supported.

MGMGE Mobile Telephony, Neighbouring MSC Group, End Removes definition of neighbouring MSC from neighbouring

MSC group. If the removed MSC is the last MSC in the group, the whole group is deleted.

MGMGP Mobile Telephony, Neighbouring MSC Group, Print Initiates printing of neighbouring MSC group data defined in

MSC/VLR. Prints the MSCs belonging to one or all neighbouring MSC groups, or prints the neighbouring MSC groups where one neighbouring MSC belongs to.
