CheckPoint has now developed a modular, scalable electric pump range with the most
ecient drive mechanism available. The FXA delivers up to 19.79 USG/H (74.91 L/H)and can
reliably pump at pressures up to 10,000 PSIG (689 BARG). For low ow applicaons, the FXA pumpcan easily achieve 0.052 USG/H (0.20 L/H). The single FXA drive mechanism accommodates several
dierent motors and a full range of plunger diameters from 1/8" to 1.5" and ANY Series 1250 and 1500
chemical head.
MODULAR DESIGN
No other positvie displacement pump oers such exibility across such a wide range of ow rates and pressures.
Thats because no other pump oers as many head and plunger diameter choices on a single drive. When you switch
chemicals, move the pump to a dierent locaon, or boost line pressure, the FXA will be more likely to handle diering
requirements with simple changes to the plunger and chemical head rather than switching out to a new pump. In fact,
there are seven plunger diameters available: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1.5".
INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH CONSTRUCTION
The FXA uses all 316L SS materials on weed components, and aircra-grade aluminum hard anodized exterior housing
to a hardness of at least HRC 51. The modular pump head design comes standard as 316L SS (HastelloyTM, Duplex, PVC, Tita-nium also available). The plunger material is HastelloyTMcoated with our EverWearTMceramic surface treatment for nearly
innite life. Weed seals are oered in a full range of elastomers - such as FFKM, FKM, Viton and HNBR which provide
excellent chemical compability. The FXA chemical head employs our highly-evolved FailSafe poppet-style check valves,
proven reliable over 20 years of challenging eld duty around the world. This pump is appropriate for any oshore or plant
condions.

With proven chemical head technology from our Series 1250 and 1500 pumps and the most ecient drive module avail-
able, long term reliability of the crical components is assured. The FXA is designed to withstand harsh eld condions for
