RecommendationThat the Commission approve the 2011 Conventional Transit Service Plan changes as set out inEnclosure I, providing for the introduction of 1,120 new service hours in 201 1 (3,080 on an annual bass)noting the changes are to take effect September 4,2011

BackqroundAt the April 27, 201 1 meeting, the Commission approved "in principle" the 201 1 Conventional TransitService Plan, which called for:

establishing service into the West Beaverbrook communitymodifying routing for Route 23 Berkshire through the Westmount areaadding an additional bus to Route 2 Dundas to deal with schedule adherence issues in theweekday early evening period
