Smart Cities Portfolio Working Group • Working with Smart Ci7es Poreolio partners to establish the Working Group and agree governance arrangements, including a Work Plan
• Chair Working Group mee7ngs and coordinate arrangements for mee7ngs and associated ac7vi7es (in collabora7on with the Commission and other partners)
• Establish working rela7onships with key networks, including Euroci7es and ENoLL, and coordinate the promo7on of Working Group ac7vi7es and ini7a7ves through these networks and more widely
• Coordinate the produc7on and implementa7on of a Communica7ons Plan for the Smart Ci7es Poreolio (in collabora7on with the Commission and other partners)
• Developing the highest possible profile for the Working Group’s ac7vi7es by exploi7ng the projects’ links with key decision makers at regional, na7onal and interna7onal level as well as with the media.
