WELCOME TO ECC

Emmanuel is a community of people committed to giving Jesus Christ our worship through the careful study of His Word, the application in Our Walk, thus being disciples who share His warmth and do His work to reach our world.

Welcome Center If you are new to Emmanuel, we have a

Welcome Center to share information about the church as well as a small gift for you. It is located in the main lobby under the “Welcome”

sign.

eConnect If you want to know more about ECC, this one-hour

class will help you learn about the ministries of Emmanuel. eConnect is offered the first Sunday of the month at 11:00 am in Room 169.

Get Involved For a complete listing of ways to get connected at

ECC, visit our website at www.emmanuelcommunity.org.

The Commons You are invited before each service on Sunday

mornings to come to The Commons for coffee and donuts. It’s a great

place to meet new friends and see familiar faces. This room is located to the left when exiting the Worship Center.

Online Church [Starting Saturday, March 2 & Sunday, March 3] Sometimes getting to church can be difficult whether it’s bad weather, illness or frankly just getting the kids around. That’s why we’re launching an online campus where you can not only watch the whole service remotely, but you can interact with an online host, submit prayer requests, give an offering, fill out sermon notes, and more. Service times will be the same as those here on campus. Check out our home page to watch and worship.

Midweek Session 4 Classes [Wednesdays, Starting March 6, 6:30-8:00 pm]

• A Man and His Traps: This study challenges and equips men to go below the surface, to look deep into their hearts and explore some areas that are all too easy to ignore but are critical in their journey toward Authentic Manhood. This class unfolds a biblical battle plan that helps men replace specific temptations and struggles with God's better promises. The book is $15.

• Christ-Centered Parenting: This six-week study will help parents of preschoolers through college-aged kids navigate cultural topics such as gender issues, suicide/depression/anxiety, pornography, addiction/coping mechanisms, same-sex marriage, and singleness/dating/marriage/divorce. Give your kids a biblical worldview that will produce the next generation of culture shapers—not simply the next generation shaped by its culture. The workbook is $16.

• Victory Over Darkness: This study for men and women, gives you practical, productive ways to discover who you are in Christ. When you realize the power of your true identity, you can shed the burdens of your past, stand against evil influences, and become the person Christ empowers you to be. The book is $9.

We welcome families with late elementary or older children, singles, child-free married couples, and retirees/empty-nesters. This is a fantastic way to get connected with others in our church as well as to serve in the way of Jesus. We hope to take 20 people and will be sharing two houses while there. The cost is $230/person. Apply online under “Get Involved”, then “Mission Trips”.
