Involvement...The objectives of the initiative at the University of Reading are:
• To review existing curriculum design processes including describing and modelling the curriculum design process where possible.
• To work with academic teams to identify the most appropriate stages in the curriculum design process where support is needed and the best method of offering this support to improve quality.
• To pilot learning design methodologies, tools and techniques that have already being developed and to document and evaluate this experience.
• To build and engage with a community of practice within the University and organise events about enhancing the curriculum and increase exchanges of learning and teaching ideas and experiences.
![Page 10: 030210 Ouldi Presentation For Nl](https://reader034.vdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022052617/547c9ddcb4af9fb9158b5202/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
and outputsThe primary output of this project is a case study reviewing the impact that the tools and methodology have had on Learning Design practices at the University of Reading.
• tracking the process of designing the curriculum (for example through a reflective log or a series of mini interviews with the Project Officer)
• piloting tools and approaches already developed and evaluating them (for example using some of the tools in the tool box)
• sharing the experience with others within the University of Reading and with others in the sector (for example with colleagues within the PGCAP, or by participating in organised workshops, or using Cloudworks)

Training and support• Activities graded:
introductory, intermediate and advanced
• 4 interventions offered (Independent, community peer support, tailored events, side-by-side mentoring)
