Coming from reality.With the additional participation of Patricia Muñiz, PhD in Architecture and specialist in design of housing for refugeesand internally displaced people, and Gabriel Tizón, photogra-pher with over 20 years of experience reflecting the close reality of the human being.

EXHIBITIONWednesday, June 12th Sala de Artesoado e Capela do Colexio de Fonseca da Universidade de Santiago de Compostela20:00h. Opening of the exhibition PERSOAS by Patricia Muñiz and Gabriel Tizón. An exhibition that combines photography and research to delve into the consequences of migratory movements and humanitarian crises triggered by war, natural disasters and climate change. This exhibition will be open from 12th June to 13th July 2019.

There, he meets Carole, with whom he shares part of his life. But, what will happen to Abbas and his children if his application gets rejected? And what will happen with Carole and the home she has built with them?.

SONG FOR THE JUNGLE Jean-Gabriel Périot. France // 2018 //15’ // without dialogue Synopsis: Calais a few weeks before its clearing: the Jungle is a place where thousands of migrants live waiting to go to England, or just for somebody to take care of them. They wander in this abandoned place, hoping to survive to our indifference.

Two men fortunes are entwined: Wikhström, a 50-year-old man who decides to turn his life around and opens a restaurant and Khaled, a young Syrian refugee that arrives to the capital by accident. His application for asylum is rejected but he decides to stay in the country anyway. One afternoon, Wikhström finds him at the door of his restaurant, and moved, decides to help him.

BORDERSDamjan Kozole. Slovenia // 2016 // 10’ // without dialogueSynopsis: October 24th, 2015. A beautiful autumn day landscape. Escorted by police officers and soldiers, a group of migrants and refugees cross the Schengen border between Croatia and Slovenia towards the refu-gee camp of Brežice. Now, the landscape does not look so beautiful anymore.
