RYLAW AMENDMENTS Payment of Fees The following shall be added as section 3(3), (4) and (5) of the bylaws: (3) An Owner, shall, at the Strata Corporation's option, permit the Strata Corporation or its bankers to automatically debit the Owner's bank account on the 1" day of each calendar moth by an amount representing the strata fees payable by the Owner. To give effect to this, an Owner will within 5 days of request, sign whatever documents are required by the Straw Corporation, from time to time, to activate and maintain the automatic debiting procedure. In lieu of providing an automatic debit, an Owner may, from time to time, furnish the Strata Corporation with a series of postdated cheques, covering the next 12 instalments of monthly strata fees and an Owner shall forthwith upon request, deliver such cheques to the Strata Corporation, (4) The vote for a strata lot may not be exercised, except on matters requiring a unanimous vote, if the strata corporation is entitled to register a lien against the strata lot under section 116( 1) of the Strata Property Act of BC (5) An owner that does not pay strata fees, levies or any other amounts as defined under section 116(1) of the Straw Property Act of BC whsn due, shali be subject to interest charges calculated at 10% per annum compounded annually. (Section 128)

The Owners, Strata Plan KAS3262 certify that the following amendments to the bylaws of thestrata corporation were approved by a resolution passed in accordance with section 128 of theStrata Property Act at an annual Or general meeting held on June 2, 2009.

RYLAW AMENDMENTS

Payment of Fees

The following shall be added as section 3(3), (4) and (5) of the bylaws:

(3) An Owner, shall, at the Strata Corporation's option, permit the Strata Corporation orits bankers to automatically debit the Owner's bank account on the 1" day of eachcalendar moth by an amount representing the strata fees payable by the Owner. To giveeffect to this, an Owner will within 5 days of request, sign whatever documents arerequired by the Straw Corporation, from time to time, to activate and maintain theautomatic debiting procedure. (2A) Prior to possession of a strata iot by a tenant or occu pant (the "tenant"), the Ownermust deliver to the tenant the current bylaws and rules and regulations of the StrataCorporation and must inform the strata corporation of the name of the tenant, the periodof their tenancy and any special requirements of the tenant in the case of an emergencyevacuation of the strata, The Owner must also ensure that evacuation routes in case ofemergency are posted prominently within the unit.

Spending Restrictions

The following shall be added as section 32(3) of the bylaws:

Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection 98(2) of the Strata Properly Act of BC, theCouncil may authorize an expenditure from the operating fund which has not beenapproved in the budget for a fiscal year, provided such expenditure, together with all otherunapproved expenditures, whether of the same type of not, that were made in the samefiscal year is less than 5% of the total contribution to the operating fund for the currentyear.

Quorum

The folloWing be added as section 40A of the bylaws:

Notwithstanding Section 48(3) of the Strata Properly Act of BC, if within 30 minutes fromthe time appointed for an annual or special general meeting, a quorum is not present, themeeting shall be terminated if the meeting was convened upon the requisition ofmembers; but in any other case, if a quorum is not present for the meeting within 30minutes from the time appointed, the eligible voters present in person or in proxy shallconstitute a quorum.

Rules aud Regulations for Owners, Renters and Guests

Noise/Parties: With respect to the owners and other residents within the building, the noise level must becUrtailed by II :OOpm. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise or parties. The Strata Council reserves the right tofine andlor evict any guest(s) not complying with this ruling, Or disobeying a directive or order from the securityguards.

Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests permined at the Resort must not exceed 4 people for a onebedroom unit and 6 people for a two bedroom unitltwobedroom and den. Group paliies are not permitted anywherewithin the Resort without prior written approval of the Strata Council.

Pool I flot Tub and Pool Deck Behavior

This is a Private Facility. The Pool and Hot Tub is for use by Owners, renters and their guests. Parties will not betolerated.

I. Your key fob or suite identification must be presented to security guard on requeSt.

2. No dogs or pets are allowed On the upper pool deck.

3. Children under the age of4 years are not permined in the hot tub.

4. Diapers are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.

5. No Alcohol is allowed on the pool deck.

6. No glass or breakable diShware of any kind is allowed on the upper pOOl deck.

7. No food or drink of any kind is allowed within 10 feet of the pool Or hot tub.

8. No ball games or football allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. No horseplay or dislIJrbances of other guests willbe perm illed.

9. No inflatables of any kind are allowed in or around the hot tub.

10. The pool and hot tub area is open from 8:00 am until 10:00pm daily.

II. OWnerS / Rental managers are at all times responsible for the actions of their tenants and guests.

12. Any abuse of the above rules or violation of the Strata Bylaws will result in a suspension of access to the poollhottub/pool deck and will result in fines.

Fitness Centre

I. This room will be open from 7;00 am to II ;00 pm daily.

2. This eqUipment must not be used by persons under 14 years of age. Anyone under J6 years of age must beaccompanied by an adult over 21 years of age.

3. No Alcohol of any kind is permined in this room.

4. Shirts, pants or shorts and shoes must be wom at all times while using the equipment.

5. Work out benches must be covered with a towel while being used.

6. Last participant out should tum off the TV and Lights to conserve energy.

Adult Lounge

I. This room is on the 6" floor and will be open from 9:00 am to II :00 pm daily.

2. This room is open to use by registered owners and tenants only.

3. Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by their parent or adult who is allowed to have access tovenue.

4. No Alcohol of any kind is pennitted in this room.

5. Food and drink to be kept away from the pool table and poker tabb at all times.

6. As a courtesy, if there are others waiting to use the pool table, you may finish your game but then must allow theother party or parties to play.

7. Please cover the pool table if you are finished playing.

8. Please tum off the TVs and lights if you are the last person out. This conserveS energy. Thank You!

Animals (Pets): Visitors may not bring animals (pets) on the premises at any time. Any visitor found to have apet on the premises will be evicted and/or fined. Owners' and tenants' pets are regulated by the Bylaws.

Respect for Security Personnel and Playa del Sol Management: Our Strata Council wants to ensurethat all involved have a great holiday and a relaxing time. Our owners who reside all year within this resort must beable to enjoy their home and have guests treat this tesOlt similar to being invited to someone's home. Our securitypersonnel and management are here to assist in making this happen; however, to those few people who do not complywith our rules shall find that evictions and fines will take place immediately.
