A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER, MS. MELINDE G. CONSON, TO WITHDRAW AND TO CLOSE THE TIME DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AT PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK (PNB) MATI BRANCH, AND TO DEPOSIT THE SAME AT THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP), MATI BRANCH, MATI CITY, DAVAO ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Banaybanay has a time deposit account maintained at the PNB in Mati City Branch;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Treasurer is given the authority to withdraw the whole amount and to close the time deposit account with PNB, and deposit the same amount to the General Fund Account of the Municipality of Banaybanay maintained at the DBP Mati City Branch;

WHEREFORE, on motion presented by Hon. Eva T. Geollegue duly unanimously seconded by all members present, it was

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO AUTHORIZE THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER, MS. MELINDE G. A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO THEVICE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINE REPUBLIC, HON. JEJOMAR C. BINAY, SR., FOR THE FOUR (4) UNITS WHEEL CHAIRS GIVEN TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANAYBANAY, DAVAO ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality Banaybanay has written a letter to the good vice president of the land asking for wheel chairs for its persons with disability and senior citizens who cannot afford to buy one;

WHEREAS, Hon. Binay generously granted this municipality’s request by giving four (4) units wheel chairs for the old, differently able, and marginalized members of the society;

WHEREAS, a sisterhood bond between the City of Makati and the Municipality of Banaybanay was forged sometime in 2014;

WHEREAS, as LGU sisters, Makati City provided the Municipality of Banaybanay one (1) unit multi-cab as support to its day to day undertakings especially in the delivery of good public service;

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL ON THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CY 2015 OF BARANGAY MAHAYAG AND BARANGAY SAN VICENTE, THIS MUNICIPALITY

WHEREAS, submitted for review of this Sanggunian are Annual Budget for C.Y. 2015 of the following barangay as authorized by its respective Appropriation Ordinance;

Barangay Mahayag - Php 1,238,594.00 Barangay San Vicente -Php 2,009,871.00
