The minimum information required for a Tender to be returned is as follows:1.1 Request for Joinery cost estimate form - (Deco-RJCE-01)1.2 Bill of Quantities

1.3 Material Specification

1.4 Unit codes/references

1.5 Full set of hard copy drawings - (A1 size)

1.6 Full set of soft copy drawings - (DWG Format)

1.7 Return date for Tender - (to which all parties have agreed to)

Note: If all the above information is present and the RJCE is signed by a manager, continue with the quotation. If not all the above information is available, discuss tender with a Production team Manager.
