Swachhata Pakhwada

Under the banner of NSS, SSIPMT, Raipur organized Swachhta-Pakhwada (1st August to

16th August 2017) in the institute campus.

On dated 1st August,2017all the Faculties, Staff and approx.250 Students were took the oath

for the Cleanness .


On 10th August, 2017 Essay Writing competition was held in institute campus on the theme

of “Cleanness-India” .In this event 35 students were participated from various branch.

Miss Resham Pandey, I.T. 3rd Sem., Miss Masoom Agrawal CSE 5thSem & Ishu Upadhyay,

I.T. 3rd

Sem were secured 1st,2nd

& 3rd position respectively.


On 11th August Poster Making competition was held in institute campus on the theme of

“Cleanness-India” .In this event 25 students were participated from various branch.

Miss Sakhi Roy, ET&T 5thSem, Mr. Lukesh Kumar Baghel, Mech.6th Sem. & Rachel

Rodrix, I.T. 3rd sem. were declared Winners respectively. To make this event successful NSS

Unit member of SSIPMT, gave their support and cooperation.


On 14th August,2017Principal of SSIPMT Dr. Alok Jain leaded the NSS Volunteers(approx.

20 and 50 Students of various branch) rally from Institute campus to Mujgahan Village

regarding awareness of cleanness India mission and its importance.


On 15th August 2017NSS Volunteers donated herbal plants to college Administrative Staff

Teaching Staff Non teaching & Students free of cost to promote the usage of Herbal plants.


On 16th August, 2017, Debate competition was held in institute campus on the theme of

“Cleanness India Mission is in Right Way in India or Not”.

In this event 25 students were participated from various branch of institute. Miss. Priya Das,

Civil 3rd Sem., Mr. Ashish Sahu Mech 3thSem& Miss. Supriya Dutta, Mech. 3rdSem were

secured 1st,2nd

& 3rd position respectively


On the occasion of NSS Foundation Day 25 NSS Volunteer of Our College visited Primary

school of village Paloud and organized various village games like Kho-Kho, Rassi-Daud,

Relay-Race, represented CSVTU Team and awarded by prizes by the Dupty Sarpanch Shri

Yashwant Sahu .


On the occasion of NSS Foundation Day 15 NSS Volunteer of Our College represented

CSVTU Team and participated in various sports completion at state level and secured 1st

position on RASSA-KASSI, 2nd Position on Relay Race -which was organized by Pt.

Ravishankar Shukla University under the Banner of National Service Scheme Sports

Competition. In this event Various University Teams of Chhattisgarh state were participated.


On 22nd

& 23rd

December 2017, NSS Unit (including 09 NSS Volunteers) conducting a

survey work of village palaud regarding various information of villagers.


Website Launching & Computer Set Donation-

Shri shankaracharya institute of professional management & technology initiated an

innovative

way towards digitalization by creating a website for village palod, which was inaugurated on

01/01/2018 by the chairman Mr. Nishant Tripathi ,along with the website on this occasion a

set of computer and printer was also donated by the principal of the institute Mr. Alok Jain

with the motive of providing computer education to the school students and to digitalize the

activities of panchayat.

The main objective behind the creation of this website is the transparency, and activities

performed by the panchayat of the village. vice-sarpanch of the village Mr. Yashwant sahu

praised the students and the chairman of the institute for their creativity.

Mr. Nishant Tripathi congratulated the panch members by stating; the institute will always be

devoted and be a part of the growth and development of palaud


National Youth Week

National Youth Week – 2018 was organized in SSIPMT, Raipur campus and

Mujgahn village during 12 – 16 January 2018 in which “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”

which included:

1. Poster Making / Painting Competition on Swachta Abhiyan.

2. Nukkad Natak on Swach Bharat Abhiyan at SSIPMT Campus
