Selection list of the candidates under SRO 202 for the post of "General/Science-Math/Urdu Teacher" School Education Department in District Cadre Srinagar, Anantnag, Ganderbal, Baramulla and Budgam and cancellation of provisional appointment thereof.

Whereas, the Chief Education Officer Srmagar/ Anantnag/Gandcrbal communicated that Six (06) candidates failed to join on the post of Teacher for which they were appointed in the Department on the recommendations of JKSSB pursuant to their provisional appointment made by the Department under orders as indicated against each, in terms of SR0-202 of 2015.

Whereas, these candidates were supposed to join before the concerned Chief Education Officers within the period of 21 days and but failed to do so.

Whereas, these Six (06) candidates were given final opportunity to avail the benefit of their provisional appointment made vide this office notification No. Estt-III/B-Trs/SSB/Sel/19/8246 dated: 30/12/2019 which was published in local daily (Greater Kashmir on 20/01/2020) for its wide publicity.

Whereas, among Six (06) candidates Ms. Shabeena Showkat Saraf, Srinagar shown willingness to join on the post leaving Five (05) candidates who failed to avail the benefit of said opportunity.

Whereas, in addition to above Four (04) more candidates failed to join on the post despite issuance of final notice and allowing them again to join on the post vide this office Order No. 859-DSEK of 2019 dated 09.12.2019.

Whereas, Chief Education Officer, Anantnag vide his another communication No. CEO/A/Estt-11/26623/020 dated:06/01/2020 reported that one more candidate who was appointed as General Teacher in District Cadre Anantnag in terms of SR0-202 of2015 could not join the post due to the reason that he is already working in another Department.

Whereas, upon examination of the issue it reveals that these Ten (10) candidates are not willing to join on the Department and their provisional appointment orders need to be cancelled.

Now, therefore, sanction is accorded to the cancellation of provisional appointment orders in favour of following Ten (10) candidates in respective District Cadres in terms of SR0-202 of 2015 issued vide this office order No. and Date as indicated against each, ab-initio.
