We employ a multi skilled and versatile workforce who are capable of taking on any type of project and seeing it through from conception to completion.The business operates from a modern, purpose built office and well equipped joinery workshop situated in Canterbury, Kent and deals with customers from all over the South of England.The Company is able to work very closely with Local Authorities and Conservation Officers to provide joinery to meet all conservation requirements.We have the in house ability to provide detailed construction CAD drawings for approval and also the ability to create three-dimensional conceptual drawings and visuals for special projects so that the client can see the design, as it would be on completion.With our network of suppliers D B Specialist Joinery can offer a wide variety of factory applied finishes ranging from primed-only for site decoration up to a full four coat factory finish. We also offer a French polishing and lacquering service both in house and on site. We will always endeavour to meet our customers’ deadlines but will never over commit ourselves or make promises we are unable to keep. If we say we can do it we will!We use only the best materials ensuring they have been properly dried to the required moisture content for the application. We know that any compromise is an option not worth considering.We have all the in house skills and experience to ensure your ideas and requirements become a reality.

CASE StuDy 1 - POOL rOOM

Working closely with main contractor and architect we produced the folding, sliding doors and glazed gablet screens within a green oak framed construction, complete with feature oak trusses to create a stunning private pool house.


CASE StuDy 2 - MODErn BArn COnvErSiOn

upon receipt of architect’s ideas and concepts we undertook the contract to convert the existing staircase within a derelict barn. We created a bespoke contemporary oak and glass design that enabled access to each of the new first floor rooms.


CASE StuDy 3 - KitChEn

Working together with a specialist kitchen designer we manufactured this high end kitchen incorporating a self contained island unit with a stunning iroko hardwood worktop. The surrounding units and cupboards were manufactured from oak with a hand painted finish.
