Good Work done by RPF Asansol Division up to July 2021 01.07.2021 Rescue of women and her son. On 01/07/2021 officers and staff of RPF Post Asansol(West) were performing train passing duties on platform No. 02 at about 14:35 hrs. noticed that one lady with her son was standing at the end of the platform and very nearer the Rly track. Suspecting something wrong they rushed towards them and removed them from that point. Later, on being asked the lady she was unable to say any word because of nervousness condition. Firstly, she was pacified and encouraged and were brought them to the West-Post/Asansol. The said lady disclosed her identity as Ranjita Sharma age- 29 yrs W/O- Rajib Sharma R/O- Jagannathpur, South 24 Pargana (WB). The lady stated that she along with her son and husband was travelling by T/No.02214 from PNBE to SHM with PNR No.6751928398 on 29/30-06-2021 in SL coach but in the mid night she along with her son detrained quietly at Asansol and gone to a nearer Hotel and in the morning she along with her son came for committing suicide because her husband used to harass her regularly by using vulgar and filthy language. Her Husband came to RPF Post/Asansol(W) on 30/06/2021 to find out his wife and son and provided his mobile no. as 9836814230 and picture of his wife and son. After matching with the photograph her husband was called to the Post. The husband came to the RPF Post/Asansol(W) and identified her son and wife. But after seeing her husband she became panicked and started crying. Both of them were counselled by PC/Asansol(W) and they both were agreed to stay together. Her husband submitted an application as an undertaking that in future he will not repeat such type of bad manner with her wife. The husband gave a lot of thanks to RPF Personnel as they saved 03 valuable lives. This has been made possible only due to good understanding, alertness and having a best knowledge of soft skill/ management of RPF personnel. Further they were sent to Howrah by Train No. 03030. 01.07.2021 Rescue of one boy. On 30.06.2021 during round by officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol(W), noticed that one boy moving aimlessly at PF No. 06 of Asansol Railway station. Immediately the boy was detained and brought to RPF Post/Asansol(W). On interrogation he disclosed his identity as Binay Kumar, Male - 12 yrs. S/o - Mahesh Yadav a resident of Vill- Dhaneta, P.O- Dibhar, P.S- Fatehpur, Dist- Gaya (BH). On further interrogation the boy disclosed that he arrived at Asansol Rly station with his aunty but suddenly he got separated from his aunty. On further interrogation he disclosed his Grandfather's mobile No. 8084266585. Accordingly, the matter was informed to his family member. On 01.07.2021 his father came to RPF Post/Asansol(W) with written application. After observing all legal formalities, the boy was handed over to his father under proper acknowledgement.

01.07.2021 Rescue of women and her son. 01.07.2021 Rescue of one boy.

On 30.06.2021 during round by officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol(W), noticed that one boy moving aimlessly at PF No. 06 of Asansol Railway station. Immediately the boy was detained and brought to RPF Post/Asansol(W). On interrogation he disclosed his identity as Binay Kumar,

Male - 12 yrs. S/o - Mahesh Yadav a resident of Vill- Dhaneta, P.O- Dibhar, P.S- Fatehpur, Dist- Gaya (BH). On further interrogation the boy disclosed that he arrived at Asansol Rly station with his aunty but suddenly he got separated from his aunty. On further interrogation he disclosed his Grandfather's mobile No. 8084266585. Accordingly, the matter was informed to his family member. On 01.07.2021 his father came to RPF Post/Asansol(W) with written application. After observing all legal formalities, the boy was handed over to his father under proper acknowledgement.

02.07.2021 Rescue of one injured boy.

On 02.07.2021 at about 01:40 hrs after getting information from on duty staff of East Yard/ASN(NUR), immediately officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol (E) attended at Km No. 211/10A in between Kalipahari - Asansol station and found one injured boy aged about (15 years) namely Akhilesh Kumar S/o Shankar Mondal of Salaha, MadhubaniBenipatti, Bihar

was lying there. He got deep injury on his chin. Further the information given to Dy.SS, who called ambulance. At about 03:30 hrs. the injured boy was brought to S.D.Hospital/Asansol by officer and staff and got him admitted in Male surgical ward, in bed No. 209. In the mean time some relatives of the injured boy also came to hospital. Now the condition of boy is normal.

02.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind bag.

On 02.07.2021 at about 01:15 hrs an information was received from Staff of RPF Post/Burdwan that one bag of a lady namely Sabana Bibi was left behind in Train No- 02987 Up (Sealdah- Ajmer Spl Train) in Coach No-S-7. Accordingly, officers and staff of RPF Post/Raniganj attended the above coach on arrival of the train at about 01.30 hrs on P.F. No. 02 of Raniganj and recovered the chocolate colour luggage bag with the assistance of Escort party. Further at about 06.10 hrs. the lady namely Sabana Bibi along with her family members appeared at RPF Post Raniganj and produced the Rly. Ticket vide PNR no. 6551529696 Ex-BWN to Ajmer Jn. and stated that she had to board in S-7 compartment of the said train at Burdwan Rly. Station but due to rush she could not board with her family members, only she

could able to keep the bag inside the coach. Accordingly, just departure of the said train she immediately informed the matter to on duty RPF staff of Burdwan Rly. Station. Later she came to know from said staff that her bag has been recovered by RPF/Raniganj and accordingly attended and identified her bag. Being opened the bag all the articles were found OK as stated by lady. Total cost of articles including gold ornaments was of Rs. 20,000/- approx. The said bag was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation.

02.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind bag.

On 01.07.21 an information was received from SCNL/Asansol regarding left behind of a pink colour ladies bag containing some important documents and personal belongings, in coach No 4th of Train No. 03030 (Mokama HWH Special). Accordingly, on arrival of said train at Durgapur Railway Station, officers and staff of RPF Post/Durgapur attended the train and recovered the said bag, on being confirmed with other available passengers in the coach.

The bag was brought to RPF Post/Durgapur and matter informed to SCNL/Asansol. Subsequently, on 02.07.2021, the owner of the bag attended the RPF Post/Durgapur and identified her bag. On being checked the bag, she found all containing in the bag i.e. old and used cloths, valuable documents, Medical Card, Pay Slip etc. in correct condition. On being asked she disclosed her identity as Radha Devi W/o Lt. Sita Ram a resident of Qtr.No- 1(B) Road No. 29 Chittaranjan and revealed that she was travelling in said train, Ex- Rupnarayanpur to Raniganj having Ticket No. 82062056. She deboarded the train at Raniganj Railway Station and after some time she realized that her ladies bag had been left behind in the train. Immediately matter was informed to RPF personnel of Raniganj in this regard. The said bag was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation.The said recovered bag was worth Rs. 500/-.

02.07.2021 Arrest of two IPC Criminals.

On 02.07.21, information received from reliable source about the presence of a gang of criminals having deadly weapons near Waria Railway station for committing crime in Railways. Accordingly, information was shared with

GRPP/Durgapur. At about 01:35 hrs, being pointed out by source, after hot chase, 02 persons were apprehend by GRP/Durgapur and other 3/4 persons were fled away. The deadly weapons were recovered from arrested person as one Iron made bhojali length 14 inch (approx.) with wooden butt, one Iron rod length 30 inch and one iron made cycle chain measuring approx 32 inches. Further, they disclosed their identity as Aslam @ Matu (26) S/O - Md. Israfil of ADDA BPL Quatre no- R/2 Gulzar mohalla Asansol Railpar, PS- Asansol North, Dist- Paschim Bardhaman. ii) Md.Ashique (21) S/O- Md. Nawsad of Asansol Railpar, near Shiv Mandir, Chandmari, PS- Asansol North, Dist- Paschim Burdwan. They also stated that three others of their associates have managed to flee away. In this connection a case No. 10/21 Dtd- 02.07.21 U/S- 399/402 IPC has been registered at GRPS/Andal. Further reports to follow.

03.07.2021 Rescue of one minor boy.

On 03.07.2021, in course of round in PF area by officer and staffs of RPF Post/Jasidih at Jasidih Rly station, at about 07:50 hrs. they noticed that one minor boy was wandering alone in PF No.01 of Jasidih station near parcel gate without any adult person. On being asked he did not give any satisfactory reply and revealed that he had run away from his house, after

quarreling with his father. Further, during interrogation he disclosed her name and address as Aditya Prasad (M) 15 yrs, D/o- SriShiv Prasad, a resident of Ranikura, P.S.- Jhajha, Distt.-Jamui (Bihar) and also revealed that she ran away from her home without any intimation to her family. The said girl was rescued and brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and the intimation was given to her relatives over mobile phone. On receipt intimation his cousin named Manoj Kumar S/O- SahdevMandol of Jhajha, appeared at RPF Pos/Jasidih and said rescued boy was handed over to him after proper verification and identification under proper acknowledgement.

03.07.2021 Medical assistance provided to one unconscious male person by RPF.

On 03.07.2021, getting an information from SM/Jasidih that one unknown male person aged about 50 yrs was lying unconscious in train No. 53554 (Dumka - Jasidih Passenger). Immediately officer and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih together with GRPS/Jasidih attended the said train and found that one male person aged about 50 yrs was lying unconscious beneath two lower berths, in GS coach no. ER-02518 (2ND from train engine) on PF No-05 at Jasidih Rly station. Immediately unconscious person was detrained and

sent to Sadar Hospital, Deoghar by private vehicle with the help of staff of RPF Post/Jasidih and one staff of GRPS/Jasidih for treatment. Now the said person is admitted in ICU/Sadar/Deoghar. It is also to inform that, one person namely Naresh Musup, S/o- Lt GowardhanMusup of Palasi, PO-Barapalasi, P.S-Jama, Dist-Dumka (Jharkhand) (Brother in law) having mobile No. 7033506513 appeared at Sadar Hospital/Deoghar and identified the unconscious person as AnandiKuvar, Male- 42 yrs, S/O-GolchandKuvar, of Vill- Makoni, P.S-Jama, Dist- Dumka (Jharkhand). Thereafter, the said person was handed over to his brother in law namely Naresh Musup by Sadar Hospital/Deoghar authority for better treatment in private hospital in presence of RPF staff/Jasidih with proper authentication.

03.07.2021 Rescue of minor boy.

On 03.07.2021, in course of round in PF area by officer of RPF Post/Jasidih at Jasidih station at about 20:30 hrs, they noticed that one minor boy was loitering alone in PF No.01 of Jasidih Rly station near escalator. On being asked he did not give any satisfactory reply and revealed that he had run away from his house, after quarreling with his mother. Further, during interrogation, he disclosed his name and address as Bittu Kr Yadav, Boy, 14 yrs, S/O- Rohit Yadav, Vill-Dadhiyar, Post+P.S- Gangta, Munger, (Bihar) and also revealed that he ran away from his house without any intimation to his family to submit his exam paper at his school at Jharsuguda. The said boy was rescued and brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and this intimation was given to his relatives over mobile phone. On receipt of intimation his family member said that they could not come on that night. Accordingly, the minor was handed over to Childline/Deoghar for shelter after proper acknowledgement. The matter was also informed to his family member.

04.07.2021 Good work done by RPF staff.

On 04:07:2021, at about 20:10 hrs, train No. 03030 D arrived at Asansol PF No. 5. On duty officer and staff of RPF Post/Asansol (W) attended the said train and found one lady passenger namely Puja Paswan, aged 29 yrs, W/o Bhim Paswan of Vill- Sahora, P.O- Ufsa, P.S - Gourichowk , Dist. Patna, Bihar having ticket No. URE 62139848, who was travelling with her husband from Mokama to Naihati was having unbearable labour pain. Officer and staff of RPF Post/Asansol (W) immediately detrained the passenger. Accordingly, informed to Dy. SS/Asansol, took her to Ambulance by stretcher and further she was shifted to District

Hospital/Asansol along with LSI of RPF Post/Asansol (W) and her husband, where she was immediately admitted in Maternity ward bed No. 20 for treatment.

05.07.2021 Recovery of one trolley bag

On 05.07.2021 at about 09:20 hrs on getting information through RPF Post/Jasidih regarding left behind of a trolley bag in Train No. 02024 Dn (Jansadabdi Exp. Spl.) in coach no. D-2, berth no. 58 to 63. When the said train arrived at Madhupur PF No. 03 at about 09:25 hrs, on duty staff of RPF

Post/Madhupur immediately attended the said train and recovered the same from D-2 coach and brought at RPF Post/Madhupur. Matter informed to RPF Post/Jasidih. At about 11:00 hrs owner of the said trolley bag arrived at RPF Post/Madhupur and gave his identity as Rajnish Kumar of Harmaha Tola, Lodi Katra, Patna City (Bihar) and disclosed that he was travelling with his family by train No. 02024 Dn, D-2, B/No 58,59,60,61,62 & 63 having PNR No. 6351560739 Ex-PNBE-JSME. On arrival of said train at Jasidih, they got down from the train but by mistake one trolley bag left behind in said coach. Hence, he immediately informed the matter to RPF Post/Jasidih, the bag was containing ornaments and ladies sarees, which was handed over to Rajnish Kumar after proper verification. Total value of materials including bag is approx. Rs 15,000/-.

05.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind bag.

On 05.07.2021, getting an information by RPF Out Post/Chittaranjan regarding left behind of 01 black colour backpack (Pitthu) in Train No. 63570 (Baidynathdham - Asansol MEMU). When the said train arrived at Asansol PF No. 02 at about 09:00 hrs, on duty officer of RPF Post/Asansol(W)

immediately attended the said train and recovered 01 no. backpack in black colour containing some old cloths, Bank pass book, Adhar card etc. inside the coach No. ER- 17104 of the said train and brought to the RPF Post/Asansol(W) and informed to the owner of the said bag namely Manish Kumar Singh over mobile No. 6299171572 to received the same. At about 13:40 hr. owner of the bag came to RPF Post/Asansol (W) and wrote an application to get his backpack. After backpack was handed over to owner with all articles in okcondition.Total value of recovered bag is 5,000/approx.

05.07.2021 Recovery of liquor

On 05.07.2021 on getting source information regarding carrying of liquor through train, on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih conducted a raid in train No. 02303 Up (Poorva Express) arrived at Jasidih Rly station on PF No. 02 at 12:21 hrs. In course of raid, it was noticed that two plastic bags were kept beside the bathroom in the coach No. S-4. On being asked from the available passenger nobody came forward as independent witness.

Subsequently, the plastic bags was de-trained from the coach and seized under proper seizure list by officer of RPF Post/Jasidih in presence of available witness of RPF personnel at the PO and brought at RPF/Post/Jasidih. On checking the bag found 72 nos. bottles of country made liquor of Jharkhand made having marked “Laila”, 300 ml each valued Rs. 40/- each. Total valued Rs. 2,880/-. Thereafter, completion of all legal formalities the seized materials together with relevant documents were handed over to Excise Department, Deoghar for taking necessary legal action under the purview of Excise Act.

05.07.2021 Rescue of one minor boy.

On 05.07.2021 at abput 12:00 hrs. on duty officer of RPF Post/Jasidih noticed that one boy was roaming alone at PF No. 02 near F.O.B, H/E of Jasidih Railway station. On being counseled he revealed his identity as Isram Ansari, aged about 05 yrs, a resident of Ghatiyari, P.S- Jasidih, Dist- Deoghar (Jharkhand) and said that he has been separated from his parents. Later, at about 14:00 hrs one person namely Mustakim Ansari of Village-

Ghatiyari, P.S- Jasidih, Distt- Deoghar, Jharkhand appeared at RPF Post/Jasidih and identified his child. The boy also recognized him as his father. After proper verification and acknowledgment the child handed over to him.

05.07.2021 Rescue of one boy.

On 05.07.2021 at about 07:55 hrs, on duty officer of RPF Post/Asansol (W) noticed one boy aged about 17 yrs roaming aimlessly at PF No. 05 of Asansol Railway station near RMS office in suspicious manner. On ground of suspicion the boy was detained. On being asked he gave out his name and identity as Shivam Kr Patel (M) aged about 17 yrs S/o Madan Choudhury of Vill- Bishambharpur, P.S- Bangaila, Dist- Rohtas, Bihar and informed that

he fled away from his residence on being scolded. As such he was brought to RPF Post/Asansol (W). Subsequently, the rescued boy was handed over to Railway Childline/Asansol for further disposal under acknowledgement.

06.07.2021 Arrest of one person with liquor (Kingfisher Beer & Godfather can beer)

On 06.07.2021 on getting source information regarding carrying of liquor through train, officers and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih in co-ordination with GRPS/Jasidih conducted joint raid in train No. 02023 UP (Jansatabdi Exp. Spl.) arrived at Jasidih Rly station on PF No. 02 at 18:25 hrs. In course of raid, it was noticed that one person was carrying two plastic bags which were kept beside the bathroom in coach No. D-16. On being asked he tried to flew away from the train but he was detained by officer and staff deployed there. Subsequently, the plastic bags was de-trained from the coach and seized under proper seizure list by GRPS/Jasidih in presence of available witness of RPF personnel at the P.O. On checking the bags, found 10 bottle Kingfisher Beer (each 650ml) and 24 bottle Godfather can beer (300ml). Total

value- 4,620/-. and the person namely Jayprakash Saw, Male, 22 yrs, S/O Raghuveer Saw of Rajivnagar Road No. 13, P.S- Rajivnagar, Distt- Patna, Bihar was also arrested by the prompt action of RPF officer and staff and handed over to GRPS/Jasidih for necessary action.

06.07.2021 Detection of bike thief culprit

On 28.06.2021 & 30.06.2021 two nos. of Glamour Bikes of Hero Company bearing Nos. JH 15 L 8537 & JH 15 R 4048 were stolen by the miscreant from circulating area of Madhupur Station and near Health Inspector, Madhupur’s office respectively. Accordingly, against the both incidents separate cases have been registered at GRPS Madhupur. In order to detect the thief, CCTV footage of the station was analyzed when it was observed

that two culprits came at Madhupur station by riding two separate bikes on 28.6.21 one of them was having registration no. BR 46D 9928 and one of them went with his bike towards newly two wheeler parking stand situated south side of station road. After a while he came back to circulating area without his bike and the above culprit had stolen one bike and fled away. The other culprit who parked his bike at circulating area followed him. Further, surveillance on the parking area as well as circulating area was intensified when on 06.07.2021, officers and staff of RPF Post Madhupur detained one person and brought to RPF Post Madhupur for interrogation. During interrogation the person confessed his guilt of stealing the bikes with his partner from Madhupur station on 28 & 30.06.2021. Several nos. of ignition keys of bikes were found from his possession. He disclosed his identity as Prakash Singh, Age 33 years, s/o Rajendra Singh presently residing at Officer Colony, Chanch, Chirkunda, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, but he originally belongs to Village Rawahi, P.S- Sikandara, Dist- Jamui, Bihar. He also stated the identity of co accused as Rajkumar, Age 30 years, of Village- Sarebag, P.S- Sono, Dist-Jamui. On further interrogation he added that the bike which was stolen on 28.06.21 sold to one namely Ranjit Kora of Village-Lachwarkoresi, P.S-Sikandara, Dist- Jamui and the bike which was stolen on 30.06.2021 sold to one namely Rana Mahato of above address. He also disclosed that the keys are usually used to unlock the Glamor motorcycles. The GRPS/MDP also started investigation, when the bike having registration no. BR 46D 9928 was also stolen and in this connection Sono Local P.S registered a case vide no. 165/21 dtd 02.07.2021 u/s 379 IPC. Further, officer and staff of GRP went for raid with the accused to recover the stolen motorcycles and arrest the other culprit involved into the thefts.

07.07.2021 Rescue of one minor girl.

On 07.07.2021 at about 12:40 hrs on duty lady officer and staff of RPF

Post/Asansol (W) noticed one minor girl aged about 15 yrs was roaming aimlessly at FOB (Foot over bridge) of Asansol Railway station near premium lounge in suspicious manner. On ground of suspicion the girl was detained. On being asked she disclosed her name and identity as MamoniKarmakar F/15 yrs D/o Surendra Karmakar of Vill- Barobari, P.S- Nirsha, Dist- Dhanbad, Jharkhand and stated that she fled away from her residence on being scolded by her father. As such she was brought to RPF Post/Asansol (W) and subsequently she was handed over to Railway Child Line/Asansol for further disposal under proper acknowledgement & documentation.

07.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind mobile phone.

On 07.07.2021 One passenger was travelling in train No. 53520 (GRD - MDP Passenger). In the meantime he remembered At Maheshmunda station that he had left behind his blue coloured, Realme mobile having No- 875901523752 in charging condition at Giridih Railway station. Thereafter he informed to on duty RPF escort party. On duty escort Party immediately informed the matter to on duty officer of Out Post/Giridih and finally mobile was recovered in charging condition at Giridih Railway Station. On 08.07.2021, he came to RPF Out Post/Giridih& on being asked he disclosed his name & address as Md. Salamat Hussain, S/O- Md. Daud Miya of Vill- Rampur, P.S- Margomunda, P.O- Madhupur, Dist- Deoghar (JH). After proper verification & documentation the same was handed over to him in good condition. Valued of recovered mobile is Rs 9,000/-.

08.07.2021 Rescue of one minor boy.

On 08.07.2021, at about 17:30 hrs, on duty lady staff of RPF Post/Asansol (W) detained one boy aged about 15 yrs for suspiciously moving at FOB of Asansol Rly station. On being asked he disclosed his name and identity as Ankush Kumar Singh male/15 yrs, S/o Prem Shankar Singh of Vill- Ghorpithiya, P.O. Shahajadpur, P.S. Shahkund, Dist- Bhagalpur, Bihar- 813108 and stated that he fled away from his house on being scolded by his parents. Accordingly, the matter was informed to his parents. Subsequently his relative namely Shakti Singh of K.Dangal, Neheru Road, Nuni, Bardhaman, W.B-713325 arrived and the said rescued boy was handed over to him after proper verification and under acknowledgement.

09.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind backpack.

On 09.07.2021 at about 12:00 hrs, a message was received from SCNL/Asansol that a passenger named as Dharmendra Prasad, Male (29 yrs), S/o Lalbahadur Prasad a resident of Minapur, Post- Gangapur, Thana- Haldi, Distt- Baliya, Uttar Pradesh had left behind his one back pack in Train No. 02303 Up (Poorva Exp. Spl.). When the said train arrived at Jasidih Rly station, on duty officer of RPF Post/Jasidih came on prompt action and attended the said train and succeed in finding the left behind back pack. Subsequently, the recovered bag was brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and this matter was informed to SCNL/Asansol. At about 18:10 hrs, Dharmendra Prasad (Claimant of the bag) appeared at RPF Post/Jasidih and elaborated the incident that he was travelling from BWN to PNBE and the said train reached at Durgapur Railway station, he got down from the train to fill the water bottle and to eat something. At that time the said train started running and could not board the train and left his back pack bag in the said train. Then he informed the matter to Railway Helpline No. 139. On being appeared at RPF Post/Jasidih the said recovered back pack was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation. Total value of recovered bag Rs. 1,000/-.

09.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind bag.

On 09.07.2021 on getting information from SCNL/Asansol regarding a pithu bag is left behind in coach No. D/2, seat No. 96 of train No. 02303 Up (Poorva Exp. Spl.). When the said train arrived at Madhupur Rly station, on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur attended the said coach and could able to

recover the reported bag and brought to RPF Post/Madhupur. Accordingly, the matter was informed to SCNL/Asansol for convey the message to said passenger. After some time passenger namely Ashok Kumar, S/o Suraj Prasad a resident of Rajauli, P.S- Sahatbar, Distt- Balia (UP) came to RPF Post/Madhupur and demanded his bag with a written requisition. He ascertained the value of recovered bag is Rs- 500/- . Hence, the recovered bag was handed over to him after proper verification and documentation.

12.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind trolley bag.

On 12.07.2021, on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih was deployed for seal checking duty at Jasidih Railway station from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. In course of duty train No. 02303 Up (Poorva Express) arrived at Jasidih Railway station on PF No. 02 at about 12:14 hrs and departed at about 12:18 hrs. During departure he noticed that one person started shouting from coach No. B/5. On seeing this, on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih ran towards the train and asked the reason of shouting and his mobile No. After

getting his mobile no., he called him when it could be learnt that his name is Manish Kumar Male – 38 years, S/o- Satish Mohan of Shital Mallik Road, Bilashi Town, Deoghar, Jharkhand and travelling by train No. 02303 Up (Poorva Express) having PNR No. 6252061709 in coach No. B/5, berth No. 20, Ex- DGR to NDLS, Boarding - Jasidih. During boarding he left his trolley bag on PF No. 02 of Jasidih station near FOB. Promptly on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih searched, gathered the same and brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and informed the passenger that his bag is in safe hand. Later, the passenger sent his elder brother namely Sukesh Jha having Aadhaar No. 800267772266 to RPF Post/Jasidih, when his trolley bag was handed over to his elder brother after proper verification and acknowledgment. The recovered Trolley bag (containing house hold), valued about 10,000/-.

13.07.2021 Rescue of one minor boy.

On 13.07.2021, at about 19:40 hrs Train No.03105 Up (Balia Exp. Spl.) arrived at Jasidih on PF No. 02 and departed at 19:44 hrs. After 10 mins of departure, one minor boy who was crying aged 13 years came to train escort

party and revealed that he had been kidnapped by two unknown from Deoghar town while he was going for Tuition classes a/w his minor sister. Further, he revealed his name and identity as Satyam Sarewar, Aged about 13 yrs, S/O- Jai Krishan Sarewar a resident of House No- 3, ward No- 29, Khushi Dutta Dwary Lane, Deoghar, Jharkhand. Subsequently, the train escort party searched the entire train but suspect could not be found. Later, the boy was brought back by train No. 03022 Dn (Mithila Express) and handed over to RPF Post/Jasidih by train escort party. The rescued boy informed that on 13.07.2021 at about 16:00 hrs he was going to Bilashi for tuition classes a/w his sister. After few minutes, two unknown persons came before him and kept one handkerchief on his mouth when he became unconscious and later found himself near pond of Jasidih Railway station. Subsequently he escaped and entered in train No. 03105 UP (Balia Express)

and saw some RPF who helped him & brought back at RPF Post/Jasidih. Further, his parents appeared before RPF Post/Jasidih and after proper verification and acknowledgment the rescued boy handed over to his mother.

15.07.2021 Recovery of unclaimed Materials.

On 15.07.2021 officers and staff deployed for special watch against TOPB criminal. In course of duty, train no. 02303 UP (Tata-DNR Express) arrived at PF No. 02 at about 14:06 hrs. Subsequently, the team started search and

found that some suspected smelling material kept in backpack in GS coach attached with Guard break. On being asked nobody came forward as claimant. Subsequently, the material was unloaded and opened in presence of available RPF witnesses when found 12 Nos. Mac Dowell’s No. 1 Luxury Premium whisky (Liquor) of Jharkhand Product, 375 ml each & 18 Nos. country made “Laila Liquor”, 300 ml each of Jharkhand product. Further, all the liquor were seized under proper seizure list in presence of available witness of RPF personnel at the PO and brought to RPF/Post/Jasidih&kept in Malkhana for further disposal.

15.07.2021 Apprehension of 02 criminals.

On 15.07.2021 officers & staff of STN & CIB/ASN conducted raid cum ambush watch under supervision of IPF/STN at SLS area near Bonjemari private coal siding from 02:00 hrs and noticed that 03 persons were coming from SLS to towards Bhagaran road with 01 tricycle van and kept conceal the tricycle van into jungle bushes beside factory. Further they came out from bushes by carrying each person with something heavy on hands and kept carried materials on said van. On suspicion, cordoned them &

apprehended 02 persons but 01 person managed to flee away. On opening each plastic bag found 03 nos. distributor valves. On being asked both persons admitted their guilt & stated that they had stolen the said Railway material on 09.07.2021 from the stabled rake at Bonjemari private coal siding and kept concealed in jungle bushes for disposal it in suitable time. Accordingly, officers and staff of RPF seized Rly property & arrested them on the spot at 03:25 hrs and brought to STN Post. After completing all formalities all the arrested person forwarded to Ld.CJM/Court, ASN in c/w this post Case No.01/21, dt.09.07.21 under the purview of U/S- 3(a) RP(UP)Act’66.

16.07.2021 Rescue of one 10 years old boy

On 16.07.2021 during routine round by officers and staff of West Post/ASN, noticed one boy was moving aimlessly on PF/No. 4 of Asansol Railway station. Immediately the boy was detained and brought to the RPF Post (West). On interrogation he disclosed his identity as Prashant Kumar, Male - 10 yrs. S/O - Sanjay Kumar of SomgarhChak, Madhubani (BH). On further interrogation the boy disclosed that he was going to Odisha to meet with his father without informing his family members. After observing all legal formalities, the boy was handed over to the Childline Asansol, Paschim Bardhman, WB for further disposal under proper acknowledgement.

16.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind trolley bag.

On 16.07.2021 received an information about left behind of one backpack in train no. 02304 DN (Poorva Express) in coach no. B/4, Berth no. 15, promptly, on duty officers and staff of RPF/Post/JSME attended the said train and recovered the bagpack and informed the owner. Later, Chandan Rawat, Male- 27 years, S/O- Kamleshwar Pd. Rawat of village Khandaich, Jamui, Bihar appeared before RPF/Post/JSME and revealed that his friend namely Kundan Kumar Rai of Khandaich, Jamui, Bihar having PNR No. 2549482467 was travelling by train no. 02304 DN (Poorva Express) Ex- PNBE to HWH in coach no. B/4, berth no. 10/15, Ex- RJT to ADI who missed his backpack and asked him to collect the same from RPF/Post/Jasidih. Subsequently, after proper verification and acknowledgment the bag, valued about Rs- 6,000/- was handed over to Sri Chandan Rawat.

16.07.2021 Arrested absconder accused On 16.07.2021, information was received from GRP/DGR regarding movement of one absconder of case no. 02/21 Dated 04.03.21 U/S-399/402 IPC, at Durgapur Railway station. Accordingly, photo of absconder person was shared with duty staff and at about 01.25 hrs, HC/7726 P Sarkar of RPF/POST/DGR noticed the said person at west end of PF no. 04/05 and chased him but he tried to escape from there. After being long chased by RPF and GRP staff, the abconder could be detrained. Being interrogated, he disclosed his name and address as Vikash Kumar Saha S/O Anil Prasad, RO- Najira, PS- Pirbazar, Distt- Lakhisarai, Bihar and also disclosed that on 04.03.21, he succeeded to flee away from the spot and today he wanted to go to Lakhisarai, Bihar. Further, he was arrested by GRP/DGR and forwarded in Ld. Court for taking legal action against him. Further reports to follow.

16.07.2021 Rescue of one minor girl.

On 16.07.2021 by getting information from competent authority one minor girl was run away from home and she was in railway station, Jasidih. Subsequently, the officer and staff of RPF Post, Jasidih conducted extensive search of Jasidih Rly station area and found nothing. Further, a contact was made with minor girl over provided mobile phone and it could be learnt that the minor girl is staying in Hotel Siddhartha near BajrangiChouk, Deoghar. Immediately officers and staff of RPF Post, Jasidih rushed to Hotel Siddhartha, searched and find-out the above girl lonely. On being counseled by lady officer she disclosed her name and address as Siddhi Singh aged 16 Years, D/O-Chandan Singh, R/O-Ward No-09, Ghat Kinara Road, PS- Mahnar, Dist-Vaishali (Bihar). Further, she brought to RPF Post, Jasidih. Further matter was conveyed to her family as well as Town Thana, Deoghar and Local Police Station, Mahnar, District- Vaishali, Bihar.On 17.07.2021, officers of Local Police Station, Mahnar, District- Vaishali, Bihar attended at RPF/POST/JSME with her relative (Fupha) namely Rajesh Singh. Further, the above girl was handed over Local Police Station, Mahnar, District- Vaishali, Bihar under proper documentation and acknowledgement in presence of available witness and her relatives.

17.07.2021 Arrest of one TOPB criminal

On 17.07.2021 while train No. 03331 UP (DHN-PNBE Exp.) arrived at JSME

on PF No. 02 at 11/14 hrs. One lady passenger namely Prity Singh, Female, Age- 31 yrs, W/O- Sumit Singh, R/O-Barakar, Janakpur Road, Ward No-7 PS- Kulti ,Dist-Burdwan(WB) having PNR No. 6552396835 Ex. DHN to PNBE informed to officers and staff who were on duty at platform that her one red & black colour trolley bag has missing from her berth. On getting information officer and staff promptly came on action and started to search the said missing trolley bag. During search by officer RPF/POST/JSME detained one suspected male person containing same missing trolley bag as mentioned above, at new circulating area of Jasidih Railway station. During interrogation he disclosed his identity as Ram Babu Kumar, Male, Age- 31 years, S/O- Lt. Damodar Singh, R/O- Bihat, PS- Barauni, Dist- Begusarai, (Bihar) but did not give any satisfactory reply regarding ownership of trolley bag. Hence, he along with the trolley bag was brought to RPF/POST/JSME and produced before victim passenger who identified her trolley bag. Therefore, the detained person taken into custody and seized the stolen trolley bag at 11/45 hrs in presence of available witness. Subsequently, arrested person a/w seized trolley bag were handed over to GRPS/JSME on proper documentation and acknowledgement, where the victim passenger submitted a written complaint regarding theft of her trolley bag. On the basis of dockets of RPF/JSME and written complaint of victim passenger a case vide No. 30/2021 dtd. 17.07.2021 U/S- 379/411 IPC has been registered at GRPS/JSME and endorsed to ASI/Dharmendra Kumar Singh of GRPS/JSME for further investigation.

17.07.2021 Rescue of one minor Boy

On 17.07.2021 on duty officer and staff were checking the train No- 53554 which arrived at PF/no-01 at about – 13.05 hrs. and found one minor child (boy) age about 11 years was weeping in coach no- GS ER-99751, on enquiry the minor boy disclosed that he was travelling with his family Ex:-Deoghar to Bashukinath and he had to deboard at Dhanpathdih halt with family but he was sleeping and reached at dumka station and His family deborded at Dhanpathdih halt. After that he was brought to RPF/POST/DUMKA on being asked he disclosed his name and address as BishalMahtha (age-11 years), S/O- JhorilalMahtha of vill- ParbaldihDuledih, Hariharpur, Dist –Deoghar, Jharkhand, pin- 814120. After that Contacted with his mother namely Gita Devi over mobile phone having mobile/No- 6206479606 and matter informed to her. Later, at about 17.30 hrs his parents appeared before RPF/Post/DUMKA and appreciated to RPF personnel. After proper verification and acknowledgment, the rescued boy handed over to his Uncle namely Devendra Mahtha, S/O- NunlalMahtha of vill- ParbaldihDuledih, Hariharpur, Dist –Deoghar, Jharkhand, pin- 814120.

18.07.2021 Recovery of left behind bag.

On 18.07.2021 a message received regarding left behind of bag in train no 03021, coach no D/01, berth no-60. Accordingly, officers & staff of West Post/ASN attended the said train and recovered the said bag and brought to post for further disposal. Bag containing Induction Karahi, Documents and old cloths. After sometimes bag owner namely Subho Das, mob no 7890292311 came to West Post/ASN and demanded his bag with a written application. After proper interrogation and verification, the said bag handed over to the owner as it is. Value of bag ascertained approx. Rs.10,000/-.

19.07.2021 Re Recovery of one left behind bag

On 19.07.2021 on duty officers and staff of Jamtara RPF Post after passing of train no. 08183 Up, recovered a left behind bag from Jamtara Rly station, which was containing some clothes, shoes & a Wallet with Rs. 2000/- of a female passenger, who boarded from Jamtara Rly Stn in the said train. Being informed the bag was handed over to Kunal Singh brother of the female passenger who is the resident of Station Road Jamtara, PS+Dist- Jamtara, JH. After proper verification and acknowledgment.

20.07.2021 Rescue of one girl.

On 20.07.2021 at about 03:05 hrs. on duty train escort party of train No. 03122 Dn (Ghazipur City – KOAA Spl.) rescued one girl aged about 25 yrs. On being asked she disclosed her name and identity as HenaKausher D/o Md. Faizan a resident of SalempurBarara, P.S- Sohsarai, Dist- Nalanda (Bihar). The said rescued girl was handed over to RPF Post/Asansol (W). Accordingly, the matter was informed to her mother and maternal uncle. At about 10:40 hrs. her mother & relatives came to RPF Post/Asansol (W) with written application and she stated that her daughter left home due to anger. After observing all legal formalities, the girl was handed over to her mother under proper acknowledgement.

21.07.2021 Rescue of one boy.

On 21.07.2021 at about 17:30 hrs, one lady Sadhna Jha W/o- Dharmendra Jha a resident of Halwai Patti, Barakar, P.S Kulti, Distt- Paschim Burdwan (W.B) attended at RPF Post/Barakar and stated that her son namely Utsav Jha age 17 years has left home without informing to anyone and also added that her son is mentally disturbed from last few days. She also stated that her son might have boarded any Up train from Barakar Rly station. His photographs were exchanged through WhatsApp group and instructions

were given to all staff to check Up direction trains. Every camping staff checked the possible train No. 03555 (Asansol - Barkakhana Passenger), which left Barakar at about 17:10 hrs. When the said train arrived at Pardhankhunta Rly station at 17:54 hrs. officer of RPF Post/Barakar, who was already present at Pardhankhunta Rly station for round noticed that the subject boy was sitting in the subject train. officer interacted with that boy who disclosed his name as Utsav Jha and then through Video calling he was identified by his family members. As such he was brought to RPF Post/Barakar and handed over to his parents under proper acknowledgement after observing necessary formalities.

21.07.2021 Rescue of two minor children.

On 21.07.2021 at about 20:50 hrs a message was received regarding rescue of two minor child namely 1) Shivam Kumar age 12 yrs, S/o Shyam Babu Rai a resident of Naraha Got, P.S-Rajipur, Dist- East Champaran (Bihar), 2) Sonu Kumar, age 12 yrs, S/o Prithvi Rai a resident of Naraha Got, P.S- Rajipur, Dist- East Champaran (Bihar) by Train Escort staff of train No. 03005 Up (HWH – ASR Mail Spl.) during their duty period. As per the above message of SCNL/Asansol, on duty officer and staff of RPF Post/Durgapur attended the said train, on arrival at Durgapur Rly station PF No. 03 at about 21:15 hrs and met with the train escorting in-charge and handed over the two minor child who were rescued in the train during the escorting period. As such both the rescued minor children were brought to RPF Post/Durgapur and informed to Railway Child Line/Asansol. At about 23:40 hrs a representative of Railway Child Line namely- Anupam Chakarbarty, M/No- 8637369576 arrived at RPF Post/Durgapur, after observing of some legal formalities both minor children have been handed over to him under proper documentation and verification.

22.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind mobile phone.

On 22.07.21, at about 00:30 hrs a message received from Jasidih RPF Post regarding left behind of one VIVO android phone of a passenger in G1 coach, seat No. 58 of Train No. 02360 Dn (PNBE-KOAA Spl.). Accordingly, on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur was inform. On arrival of the said train at Madhupur Rly station PF No. 03 at 00:45 hrs, on duty staff of RPF Post/Madhupur attended the said coach and could able to recover the VIVO mobile phone and brought to RPF Post/Madhupur. Subsequently, conveyed

the information to Jasidih Post. Later on, one passenger namely Saroj Kumar Sah, S/o Harinarayan Sah a resident of Banua Tola Konhi, Banua, Rohtas, Bihar- 821304 appeared at RPF Post/Madhupur and stated that he was travelling in Train No. 02360 Dn (PNBE-KOAA Spl.) from Patna to Jasidih vide PNR No. 6252993049 and his VIVO mobile phone was left behind on seat No. 58 of G1 coach at the time of deboarding at Jasidih Rly station. The recovered VIVO mobile phone (value Rs. 22,000/- approximately) handed over to Saroj Kumar Sah after proper verification and documentation.

22.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind bag.

On 22.07.2021, information was received from RPF Post/Asansol(W) regarding left behind of one black coloured back pack containing personal belonging etc in coach No. D-15 of Train No. 02024 Dn (HWH Jansatabadi Exp. Spl.), seat No. 79/80. Accordingly on arrival of said train at Durgapur Rly station, on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Durgapur attended the said coach and recovered the said bag after being confirmed with other

available passenger. Matter informed to RPF Post/Asansol(W) and the said bag was brought to RPF Post/Durgapur. Subsequently the owner of the bag attended the RPF Post/Durgapur and identified his bag and disclosed his identified as Nyas Yadav S/o Lt. Devkinandan Rai a resident of Village Chitkohra, P.O- Anishqbad, P.S- Gardanibagh, Dist- Patna (Bihar) and stated that he was travelling from PNBE to HWH along with his son having PNR No. 6752953797. During travelling they got down at Asansol Rly station for taking breakfast and water but in the meantime the train left Asansol station and they could not board the train. After proper verification & documentation the same was handed over to him in good condition. The valued of recovered bag is ascertained Rs. 500/-.

23.07.2021 Rescue of one minor girl.

On 23.07.2021, at about 01:15hrs, a minor girl was noticed by PC/Durgapur while he was on round in Durgapur Rly station area. Accordingly, she was brought to RPF Post/Durgapur. On being enquired, she disclosed her identity as - Kanchan Kumari (F-17 years), D/o- Sanjit Paswan a resident of Ward, 11/Gram PoariyaMakhnali Post, Nassara, Darbhanga, Bihar- 846003 (Hanumannagar). She intended to go to Howrah but could not reveal exact address of destination. One of her relative was contacted over phone No.

9903228760 (brother as per the rescued girl). At first the relative attended to recieve the rescued girl but later denied. Also, the relation could not been verified properly. The childline Asansol, was contacted later and matter was informed. The rescued girl was then safely handed over to Mousumi Chatterjee, counsellor, Railway Childline Asansol.

23.07.2021 Rescue of 03 minor girls.

On 23.07.2021, information was received from RPF Post/Madhupur regarding three minor girls fled away from residence by train No. 03288 (South Bihar Express) in coach No. D-3, on duty officers and staff of RPF Post/Asansol (W) attended the train on arrival at Asansol Rly station on PF No. 02. at 03:17 hrs and rescued all three minor girls. On being asked they disclosed their name and address as (1) NasabaParween, F-12 yrs, D/o- Md. Hasan of Panah Kola, Madhupur. Deoghar, Jharkhand, (2) Nargis Bano, F-12 yes, D/o- ManirAlam of Panah Kola, Madhupur. Deoghar, Jharkhand, and (3) Nemat F-14 yrs, D/o- ParwezSeikh of Mohannagar, Ashoka Vatika, Gaziabad, UP, presently risiding in her Grand father house, namely ManirAlam of Panah Kola, Madhupur. After that the matter informed to SCNL/Asansol. On getting information her relative came at RPF Post/Asansol (W). After proper verification all 03 minor girls were handed over to their guardian at 05:15 hrs.

25.07.2021 Rescue of one minor boy.

On 25.07.2021 about 12:00 hrs on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih noticed that one boy aged about 12 years was roaming aimlessly at PF No. 01 near parcel office/Jasidih. On being enquired, he disclosed his identity as Rohit Gujrati Gosai, Male-12 Years, S/o- Suraj Gujrati Gosai a resident of Ram Mandir Road, Jhousagari, Deoghar, Jharkhand. Further he stated that mistakenly he arrived at Jasidih and forgotten the way of his house which is situated at Deoghar. Further, he provided mobile no. of his relative.

Subsequently, he was brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and kept in safe hand & the matter conveyed to his relative over mobile phone. Later, on 25.07.2021 at 15:00 hrs his relative namely Suraj Gujrati Gousai, Male- 38 years, S/O- Gopal Gujrati Gousai of Saheb Pokhar Raut nagarDeoghar, Jharkhand arrived at RPF Post Jasidih and recognized the boy. After proper verification and acknowledgment the boy was handed over to him in presence of available RPF personnel.

26.07.2021 Arrest of 02 TOPB Criminal.

On 26.07.2021, at about 07:00 hrs. during routine round by officer and staff of RPF Post/Dumka at Dumka Rly station area, in the mean time they heard some hue and cry that someone tried to snatch the mobile (Value Rs. 10,000/-) of one person. They immediately rushed towards the direction and apprehended two persons as pointed out by the victim passenger namely Chakradhar Singh S/o- Lt. Banarshi Singh a resident of Vill- Jhitka, P.S- Rajon, Dist- Banka (Bihar). The apprehended persons were brought to RPF Post/Dumka. On being asked they disclosed their name & address as i) Vishnu Kumar Ramani aged about 18 yrs, S/o Sunil Ramani a resident of Belsira, P.S- Bousi, Dist- Banka (Bihar), ii) Raju Sekh aged about 19 yrs,

S/o Lt- Habib Sekh a resident of Vill- KhalasiMuhalla, P.S- Madhupur, Dist- Deoghar (Jharkhand). The arrested persons with victim were sent to Local Police Town/Dumka to submit FIR against the both arrested accused persons. On the basis of FIR submitted by Chakradhar Singh, a case No. 192/2021 dated 26.07.2021 U/s- 379/511 IPC has been registered at Local Police station Town/Dumka against the both arrested accused persons.

27.07.2021 Recovery of one left behind mobile phone.

On 27.07.2021, at about 06:00 hrs. on duty staff of RPF Post/Jasidih noticed that one mobile phone was connected with charging point near booking counter of Jasidih Rly station and no one is present there. Hence, he recovered that mobile phone and relay the massage among the passengers regarding the recovery of mobile phone. Subsequently, the recovered mobile phone was brought at RPF Post/Jasidih. Later, one passenger namely Raju

Kamat, Male Age- 27 yrs. S/O- Sri JivachhaKawat of Vill+PO- Bairma Maya Tamuriya, Dist- Madhubani, (Bihar) appeared at RPF Post/Jasidih for claiming the recovered mobile. On interrogation learnt that he was the actual owner of recovered mobile and he left his mobile by mistake when he placed it for charge at charging point near ticket counter. Thereafter, the recovered mobile was handed over to him on proper documentation and acknowledgement. Valued of recovered mobile is Rs 11,000/-.

27.07.2021 Rescue of one minor girl and boy.

On 27.07.2021, during routine round by officer and staff of RPF Post/Jasidih at Jasidih Railway premises, they noticed that one minor boy was rooming aimlessly on PF No. 01 of Jasidih Rly station. On being asked he said that his elder brother always beats him that’s why he had runaway from his house without intimating anyone and came at Jasidih Railway station by train. Further he disclosed his name and address as Abhishek Kumar, Male-11 yrs, S/O-Santosh Sah, Vill-Semri, PO-Semri, PS-Mashrakh, Dist-Saran(Bihar). Later, another minor girl was found in suspicious manner at main gate Jasidih, on being asked she disclosed her name and address as Madina Khatun, Female-13 yrs, D/O-Enamuddin Ansari a resident of Vill-Boriya, Santhali, Momin Tola, P.S- Boriya, Dist- Sahebganj, (Jharkhand) she also disclosed that she fled away from home without intimating anyone. Both of the minor children were brought to RPF Post/Jasidih and kept under supervision. The matter was intimated to Child line/Deoghar. Later, Vinay Kumar Choudhry of Child Line/Deoghar was appeared at RPF Post/Jasidih and the both minor children were handed over to Childline/Deoghar for shelter after proper acknowledgement.

28.07.2021 Arrest of one TOPB criminal.

On 28.07.21 officer and staff of RPF Post/Jamtara was on secret watch against TOPB in train No. 63561 Up (Asn -JAJ passenger), Ex- Jamtara to Vidyasagar, when the said train took depature at Vidyasagar at 08:42 hrs, one passenger namely Karan Rajwar, M/19 yrs. S/o DilipRajwar a resident of Railway New Colony Quater No. 179, 1/65 Madhupur, P.S- Madhupur, Dist- Deoghar (JH), who was travelling ex- Kaseetarn to Madhupur suddenly started shouting chorchorchor, hearing the same officer and staff on secret watch and on duty officer and staff at Vidyasagar camping duty saw one person to run away at PF No. 02 of Vidyasagar Rly station towards Kalka end and they managed to surround and apprehend one pickpocketar namely Nasruddin Ansari @ karu @ Nasir, M/28 yrs, s/o Farid Ansarri of Karmatarn Basti, P.S- Karmatarn, Dist- Jamtara (JH) with one Vivo Android mobile, who snatched mobile from above named passenger while he was talking on mobile in front of gate. Then stolen mobile phone was seized and pick pocketer was taken into custody in presence of available witness and handed over to OC/GRP/Madhupur with written complaint, the said passenger (Victim) also lodged a written complaint in this regard. Value of recovered mobile Rs. 21,990/-. In this regard, a case vide No. 20/2021 dtd 28.07.2021 U/s- 379, 411 IPC registered at GRPS/Madhupur against the arrested person.

28.07.2021 Injury of one male person.

On 28.07.2021 at about 10:30 hrs. information was received from SM/Kalubathan regarding injury of one unknown male person at Km. No.

246/22-20 of Dn GC Line near DN home signal of Kalubathan Railway station. Officer and staff of Kalubathan (Out Post) immediately rushed towards the P.O and found one male person aged about 37 yrs was lying in conscious condition but there are several injuries on his head, leg and hand. On being asked the injured person stated that when he was crossing the rail line in negligent manner he was dashed by local train. He also stated his name and address as ChandreshwarSaday, aged about 37 years, S/o- Sri ShibanSaday a resident of Vill- Sohrai, .PS- Sagri ,Distt- Madhubani, Bihar. Further the said injured person was brought to Kalubathan station with the help of Porter and local people. In this regard SM/Kalubathan issued a memo vide NO. SM/KAO/04/2 dated 28.07.2021 at about 11:10 hrs. also train No. 02988 DN has stopped as per memo by SM for sending of injured person at Asansol. The said injured person was sent to S.D.Hospital/Asansol under proper escort of RPF staff and admitted in S.D.Hospital, Asansol Bed

No. 214 male surgical ward under treatment of Dr. Suman Sarkar. There is no any valid ticket or any travelling authority found from the possession of injured person. The injured person did not provide any contact number as such information could not be given to his relatives.

29.07.2021 Injury of one female person.

On 29.07.2021 information was received through sources that one injured female was laying at Km No. 328/19 in between Jasidih - Tulsitar Rly station near Home signal Tulsitar. Accordingly, officer and staff of RPF/Post/Jasidih rushed to the P.O. and found that one female aged about 30 yrs was laying in injured condition at Km No. 328/19 (Up Main line) beside the Railway track whose left hand was fractured and injured mark was noticed on entire body. On being asked she revealed her name and identity as Meena Kumari, Female-30 yrs, D/o- Harinandan Sah a resident of Sarkanda, Jamni, Paharpur, P.S- Godda, Distt- Godda (Jharkhand). Further, she stated that she has no any ticket/Pass or travelling authority and provided one mobile No. 8210657808 only. Accordingly, matter was conveyed to her relatives over mobile phone. Subsequently, the injured female was sent to Sadar Hospital/Deoghar with the assistance of RPF staff by government Ambulance and admitted in Female Ward No. 33, Bed No. 04 on 3rd floor. Later, injured lady’s Sister & brother were attended at S.D.Hospital/Deoghar and recognized her. On being asked they revealed that the injured lady is suffering from mental disorder.

30.07.2021 Rescue of two minor boys.

On 30.07.2021 on the basis of information regarding travelling of two unknown minor boys, seems to be alone in train No. 01448UP (Shaktipunj Express). On getting information, on duty RPF staff of RPF/Post/Barakar checked the entire train when it arrived at Barakar PF No. 01 at about 21:20 hrs. During checking, on duty RPF staff found two minor boys in S-1 Coach of the subject train and after proper interaction with them they were brought to RPF/Post/Barakar when they disclosed their name and address as

Salman (M) 08 years and Raja (M)10 years both S/o Md. Zuber of Village: Bajrah, PS: Alam Nagar, Distt: Madhepura, Bihar and also disclosed one mobile number 09572149637 of their father. But they could not reveal the reason for travelling in the subject train. The matter was informed to their parents over the disclosed mobile number when it could be learnt that they are student of one Madrassa School, Kanpur and fled away from their on 28.07.2021. As such both rescued minor boys were handed over to Sourav Mitra, Railway Child Line, Asansol under proper acknowledgement on 31.07.2021. Further, on 31.07.2021 their parents also attended at Railway Child line, Asansol for taking their custody.
