CVFollowing a brief stint taking on temporary positions in London in
order to get a feel for London life, I began my “professional” career in
the UK working for MTV. I was with the company for 3 years and prior
to leaving, I was responsible for my team of 13. We produced MTV
programming schedules across Europe and the Middle East.
In 2000, I moved on to my fi rst real corporate position at AT&T where
I was employed for close to 10 years. I started my employment as
web master within a 15 member EMEA Marketing team, but quickly
fl eshed out my new role to include an array of design and media
functions. As the sole designer I worked closely with each of the
marketing & communications managers across Europe on local
events and campaigns. I also worked closely with senior management
to capture and graphically present messaging within Powerpoint
presentations. I regularly liaised with supporting agencies on printed
work, marketing campaigns and events.
It was here that I honed my “sense of brand indentity” and developed
my ability to adhere closely to defi ned brand guidelines.
As Global Marketing Media & Design specialist for AT&T, I
became the “go to” person for RFP presentation and media design,
working on a variety of RFP’s producing anything from infographics to
Powerpoint and video.
Throughout my career I have always been fascinated by design. My
working style is meticulous, with a keen eye for detail. I am highly
motivated and always try to ensure that my passion and obsession
with design is evident in each piece of work I produce. I thrive on the
creative challenges presented by each new project and strive to attain
the very best levels in visual communication.
I currently work from my home studio in Kingston Upon Thames. I
am equally comfortable leading initiatives, working on my own, or as
part of a team. I am enthusiastic and driven, to the point of obsession,
and nothing makes me prouder than seeing the look on a client’s face
when the work I deliver exceeds expectations.
