In the past, the Learning Resource Center was the main supplier of Distance Education curriculum resources. This limited the students in achieving their CTS credits so this year the Team Teaching Resources from ADLC have been incorporated. This is exciting for the Alternate High students as well as for the students at the Young Moms program. A broader range of courses such as Forensics Sciences, Abnormal Psychology and World Geography are available.

Outreach Program teachers are meeting once a month to sharing expertise. Each month one teacher will be presenting on a topic that they feel will benefit the other staff in supporting the students in Outreach. So far, this initiative has been extremely well received.

There has been an increase in the Mental Health Consultant time assigned to the Outreach programs. This has resulted in strong relationships being formed with students, accessibility to MH support when needed, and more service for the students and their families.
