1. (17-0560) Motion approving a supply agreement with HP Inc, for lease ofapproximately 575 desktop computers, 330 laptop computers, 10 servers,and other computer peripherals and related products in accordance with theState of Texas cooperative purchasing program DIR-TSO-2538 for anestimated annual expenditure of $260,625.51 with the purchase of tenservers equaling $49,950 totaling $310,575.51. The term of the contract willbe for five years subject to the approval of the Council, the City’s AnnualBudget and the City Manager or designee.

2. (17-0585) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to executeAmendment No. 2 to a Contract for Professional Services with HDREngineering, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $71,400 for SouthAlameda Street from Ayers Street to Louisiana Avenue. (Bond 2012Proposition 1)

3. (17-0604) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a serviceagreement with Spring Plumbing and Construction, of Corpus Christi, Texasfor plumbing repair services in accordance with Request for Bids No. 1123based on the lowest, responsive and responsible bid for a total amount not toexceed $38,125.00, with an estimated expenditure of $12,708.33 in FY2016-2017. The term of the agreement is for one year with option to extend for upto two additional one year periods, subject to the sole discretion of the City.

4. (17-0662) Case No. 0317-03 Bruce Callaway: A change of from the “RS-6”Single-Family 6 District to “CN-1/SP” Neighborhood Commercial District witha Special Permit. The property is described as a 2.95 acre tract of land beingthe Easterly 205 feet of Lot Two (2), W. C. Lowery Park, a Subdivision ofCorpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, located along the south side ofGollihar Road east of the intersection with Kasper Street, east of Carroll Lane,and west of Weber Road.

(17-0675) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute aservice agreement with Total Protection Systems, Inc. of Corpus Christi,Texas to provide continuation of maintenance and repairs to the buildingaccess security system for various Utilities department locations, to includeaccess readers, gates, video monitors, alarm panels, and any additionalsecurity hardware and supporting infrastructure for an estimated expenditurenot to exceed $34,900.00 of which $8,725.00 has been budged in the WaterFund for FY2016-2017. The term of the agreement is for 12-month periodswith an option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods at the solediscretion of the City.

(17-0732) Ordinance appropriating $108,061.50 from the reserved futurereplacement account into the capital outlay expenditure account inMaintenance Services Fund No. 5110 for the purchase of five 2017 Ford F-150 trucks; amending the FY2016-17 operating budget adopted by OrdinanceNo. 030965 by increasing expenditures by $108,061.50; authorizing the CityManager or designee to execute all necessary documents to purchase a totalof seven 2017 Ford F-150 trucks for $165,448.10 from Rush Truck Center, ofNew Braunfels, through the Local Government Purchasing Cooperative dbaBuyboard, for use by the Parks and Recreation Department for park andbeach operations.

(17-0761) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase two brush trucks with the chassis being Freightliner 114SD modelsfrom Houston Freightliner, of Houston, Texas, based on the cooperativepurchasing agreement with Houston-Galveston Area Council, and the brushtruck bodies from Petersen Industries, of Lake Wales, Florida, based on thecooperative purchasing agreement with National Joint Powers Alliance; for atotal amount not to exceed $386,297.51, with an estimated expenditure of$6,421.63 in FY2016-2017.

9. (17-0762) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an InterlocalAgreement with Texas A & M University - Corpus Christi for a storm waterfloating debris study.

(17-0771) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute aconstruction contract with Felder Water Well & Pump Service LLC ofAngleton, Texas in the amount of $946,100 for the Corpus Christi AquiferStorage and Recovery Feasibility Study for Total Base Bid plus AdditiveAlternate No. 1. Capital Improvement Program (CIP)

11. (17-0774) Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute apilot license agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and Mobilitie, LLCfor wireless facilities and poles in the right-of-way.
