What you can expect from the committee for support; as needed:We want these events to be fun, stress free and as positive an experience for those

hosting them and for the drunks and addicts that will be attending. Therefore, we as a committee have put together a team and are willing to do the following to the

extent needed to support our local hosts.

1. We will take the information that you give us about the event and...a. Create custom tickets that you can have people take out to sell b. Create and send you flyers to distribute in the areac. Create and promote a Facebook event page d. Add your event to the Website as an upcoming event

2. Create a custom menu for the eventa. We have a chef on the committee who has agreed to not only create the menus, but

prepare as much food from scratch as possible. Pancake batter, Spaghetti sauces…so the process on-site will be top notch and low stress

3. Shop for, pay for and deliver all food (we will need a head count one week out)4. Supply all prep and service equipment that are not already included at the venue5. Supply all the service equipment needed (chaffers, serving utensils, plates, napkins, cutlery…)6. Supply raffle tickets and potential raffle prizes7. Supply people to do the following, as needed:

a. A Cook to cook the food or support your folksb. Person to sell tickets at the door (if you have somebody we will provide that starting

bank for the door)c. Accounting person – somebody to reconcile/count and collect all fundsd. Speakers if needed

8. A meeting format, including readings9. An enter to win box for a free registration10. Raffle tickets for the on-site 50/50 raffle or prize raffle (and starting bank)11. Raffle tickets and box for the Car Raffle (and a starting bank)12. A small PA (speakers and mic) – for the speakers and announcements13. Posters and flyers for the round up for people to take back to their respective groups and

networks within the fellowship to use to help get the word out about the CRRU14. Silent auction – items and sign up sheets15. BBQ grill and support – gas…
