STUDENT TRANSCRIPTS SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS

*NOTE: DO NOT USE GOOGLE CHROME; USE A BROWSER SUCH AS INTERNET EXPLORER OR FIREFOX*

1. When you go to the Student Transcripts site for the first time, you must register for a BCeID

2. Choose the option: “Register for a Basic BCeID”

Choose any unique user ID you willremember, and write down your passwordif necessary!

3. Accept terms, and continue:

4. When registration is complete you will continue to the correct service directory:

At page 7 you will select “Student Transcripts”

5. Click on “Subscribe Now”

At this step it is important to enter your legal name that matches school records:

*You will need to confirm your identity by responding to an email, at which point you will log on to the Student Transcripts Service site with your BCeID, using the User ID and Password you created at step 2. http://www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca

6. Select “Send/Order Your Transcript”

Select this option:

7. Select all schools you will be applying to, and “move to list”

The default selection should be correct for most students:

It is okay to select “Add Order to Cart”. You will not be charged!

8. Submit your order, and remember to log out. You can return to the STS site any time to modify your post-secondary requests, or to check your transcript.
