1 DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL IEYE SOFTWARE

1a.Please download the IEYE software ontoyour smartphone fromGoogle store orApple store.

2 CREATE CLOUDACCOUNT ON IEYE(This is a screenshot fromAndroid OS butApple iOS shouldbe the same or similar.)

2.1After IEYE app is install.Please start the application.2.2You’ll need to createyour IEYE cloud account. “Recommend usingyour email asyour username”.

IEYE cloud account will helpyoutoconnect any IPcamera that iscompatible with the software.The tradtional IPcamera will requireyouto change configuration ofyourrouter, foryour smartphonetoconnectto the IPcameraover the internet.The Sumvivion cloud IPcameracanbe setup or moveto any new

network without the needtoconfigure the network

3CONNECT IPCAMERATOYOUR NETWORK(UsingAndroid screenshoot butApple should same or simlar)

Next step istoconnectyour new IP cameratoyour network.IEYE application provides 3 methods of connectingyour IP cameratoyour network:

Method 1:Using SmartLinkfeature“Connecting using the WIFI”

Method 2:Using QRBarcodefeature“Connecting using the WIFI”

Method 3:Using ethernetcable“Connect using the networkcable”

3.1 :Method 1 Smartlink(WIFICONNECTION).

The most simple and easiest waytoconnect the IP cameratoyourWi-Fi network. Smartlink will tryto automaticallyconnect theIP camerato the network.You’ll onlyrequireto provide theWi-Fipasswordto Smartlink.3.1.1•TURN ONyour IP camera.“Connectpower plug into the IPcamera andto the mains.•The IP camera will take about 1 min or so,to start up .•After theIp camera is fully ON, it will start to make aconstant beep noise which mean its insearch or pair mode looking for wifi

connection.

Please note:The beep noise only last for few minutes, after thatthe IP camera will stop searching for the WIFI.“You may havetorestart the IPcamera againto start theWi-Fi searchmode if

3.1.6Next screen,you’ll need to type in the IP camera default password“123456”. This will add IP cameratoyou IEYE“device list menu”.

3.1.7Main menu device list will reappear with the new IP cameradevice listed.

3.2:Method 2 QRBarcode(Wi-FiCONNECTION).(UsingAndroid screenshoot butApple should same or similar.)QR barcode is another method where IPcamerareads the QR barcodefromyour smartphone .The barcode will thentell the IPcamerato additself toyour IEYE device list.

3.2.1Select the“MORE”/ SystemSetting tab, bottomrighthandcor

3.2.2OnSystemSetting menu please select“Add deviceto QRcode”oronApple system select“SetWifiby QRcode”.

3.2.3Next screentype inyourWi-Fi passwordto let IP cameraconnecttoyour network.3.2.4Next screen QRcode will be generated.Please let the IP camerareadthecode.

3.2.3Type inyour network password

3.2.4QRcode will appear next on thesmartphone.Your IP camera will requiretoread this QR barcode.Please lookat the next picture descriptionto see how the IP camera will read thebarcode.

3.2.5The IP camera needto scan QRcode .Please postion IP camera lens directly in front of the QRcode from the phone” like picture shownbelow”.Loud ding noise will generated from the IP cameratoconfirm the IPcamera has fully scanned the QRcode. press“Heard”buttontocontinue.The IP camera has successfully been added toyour smart phone IEYE software.

Press the heard button after theDing soundis heard.

3.2.6Next screen,you’ll need to type in the IP camera default password“123456”. You also have optionto change IP camera name.3.2.7Main menu device list will reappear with the new IP cameradevice listed.

3.3:Method 3RJ45Cable(WIREDCONNECTION).(UsingAndroid screenshoot butApple should same or simlar)

IfWi-Fi isweak orfailstoconnecttoyour IPcamera,please use the wiredconnection toconfirm network is full workingwith the IPcamera.

3.3.1Connect the RJ45 cabl

3.3.2Start upyour IEYE software.On device list a new device message pop up.Click on it and accept it.

3.3.3Next screen you’ll need to type in the IP camera default password“123456”. You also have optionto change the IP camera name.3.3.4Main menu device list will reappear with the new IP cameradevice listed.

3.3.3 please type IP cameradefault password”123456” .Then click on“SAVE”.

6.0.7If PIR sensor is successfullydetectedby the IP camera.the menu above will appear.Select the binding preset number(Just select 1 or any)The PIR sensor should be fullyconnected toyour IP camera.

Q1 I can’t see the IP camera on the device list

A: Check both mobile and IP camera is on the same network.

Q2 When I record video on to the SD card and try to view it, the recorded

files do not appear on the playlist?

A:Please set your IP camera time and date to UK

Q3 Why the limited number of supported emails to setup email

forwarding?

A:The current IP camera can only setup for Yahoo and Hotmail email.

Q4 How can I connect my pc to the IP camera and why is the CD

CMS software for PC not working?

A: Please go to this website http://www.ihomeapp.cn/dl-En.html and

look at the bottom of the page to download the corrtect CMS client software

(The CMS software provided on the CD is incorrect.)

The CMS software is designed to connect to your IP camera when

both your PC and IP camera are on the same network (LAN).

If you require to check your ip camera over the internet please use this

online website http://cloudlinks.cn/view/.

Please note: You’ll need to use Internet Explorer (IE) browser to view your IP

camera on this website.

The website requires you to download a small software onto your PC to work.

Ieye cloud account is required to login.

Additionally you’ll need the IP camera ID number (underneath the IP camera)

and password default is“123456".

Q5 IP camera does not make the beeping noise?

A: If your camera is not making a beeping noise please try to reset it.

A reset button is located underneath the IP camera, press it to reset your camera.

Please wait until you hear a ping noise, this confirms the IP camera has

successfully restarted.
