Honeywell China technology Symposium enjoys high-reputation among Chinese customers. We are delighted to invite you to join us in Chengdu for 2017 China Technology Symposium - the largest gathering of the Honeywell process control and industrial automation user community in China.
Honeywell Process Solutions’ technology Symposium have earned recognition as being among the best technical conferences in the world. This three day symposium is expected to attract approximately 200 executive or senior delegates from a diverse range of industries who respect operation excellence, safety and security. The Symposium combines presentations focused on industry innovations, development trends and advancements along with networking opportunities. Attendees learn about Honeywell and its partner solutions while participating in hands on demonstrations and learning how peers are tackling the challenges of improving business performance.

The Symposium will be held in Chengdu on Oct 17th (part of the customers), Oct 18th and 19th, 2017.

Conditions for Demonstration Exhibit Area involvement:
Where necessary customs clearance needs to be done and paid for by the sponsor. Return shipments need to be organised by the sponsor. The sponsor is to maintain their booth in a clean and professional manner and keep their material set-up
and on display throughout the full event. Honeywell will make space assignments. The station is not to be moved or relocated. Honeywell has the
final decision authority for assignment. The allocated Sponsor Area is the display area. Separate exhibit booths or banners are not allowed, unless
agreed for by selected sponsor level. No other signage, literature, or displays are allowed anywhere other than at your sponsor space.
The sponsor may not sublet the station to another company. Sponsors are responsible for the security and insurance for all staff and equipment at the event. Although
the premises will be secured, Honeywell is not liable for any damage or loss to sponsors assets or people. Lunch and break meetings are encouraged during the Honeywell scheduled lunch and break times. The
sponsor is not to host events in the event venue, a hotel or suites or other local facilities that will conflict with the Honeywell Technology Symposium sessions or scheduled events.
Honeywell only allows one extra pass per sponsor pack. No sharing of passes will be allowed. Any sponsor who exceeds their allocated number of delegate passes will be charged US$ 1,000 for the extra exhibit pass.
Standard at your sponsor spot: a table and two chairs, electricity is foreseen however cabling is your own responsibility
Additional rental of equipment or any other services related to your booth / LCD / plasma / set up /use and or dismantle will need to be settled by you/your company directly with the third party in charge, contact details for this company will be mentioned in the sponsors kit.
