Headmaster Interview:Held at PPSC office Bahawalpur.Date 03-10-16 Today.There were 52 candidates at bwp centre, 2 panels of interviewers.When I entered there were 4 people. I sat down with confidence and the one from PPSC started. He checked my M.A English degree and called my name and asked how do people call ur name? He then asked what is ur highest qualification? What do u do nowadays? What did u do after ur education uptill now? All questions asked at a time. Then I answered turn by turn all these. I told them about my CSS n they asked my questions about CSS, which group I preferred, what is the new name of DMG group (I told PAS). One of them then started questions regarding administration like what is POSDCORB? Where Lessez Faire is used? I told what is Lessez Faire but i didnt knw where this is used. I didnt knw POSDCORB so I told them I havent read administration. He asked what is Curriculum? Difference in curriculum/Syllabus. Third one asked what is PEEDA? Which act was before PEEDA? 1. Greet the interviewer confidently 

2.keep your facial expressions calm. Aviod repetitive movements like waggling

your foot , smoothing your hair or nibbling your fingernails.

3. Look right into the eyes of person interviewing you , nod your head slightly to

show the interviewer that you are listening carefully.

4. Do keep your sentences short and to the point.

5. Do ask the interviewer to repeat the question if you don't fully understand.

6. Do end your answer with positive point whenever you criticise anyone .

7. Don't start answering without taking time to assemble your thoughts. The

interviewer will wait for you and will be impressed if you think about things and

provide a constructed answer.

8. Don't think you have to keep talking until you are interrupted. Decide for

yourself when you have to answer the question, and stop.

9. Don't make comments such as , That's an interesting question.
