Brief description of each piece (< 50 words) in either English or Chinese and the programme order should be marked

clearly. Brief summary in English or Chinese of the content of any song (< 50 words) whose lyrics are not in English or Chinese. Biography of the Choir (< 150 words). Photo of the Choir at print quality (jpeg at 300 dpi). Receipt of payment of the participation fee.

I understand that the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) and Chinese Society for Music Education of Chinese Education Society the Co-presenters of the 2015 World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival – Hong Kong.

I understand that HKTCA reserves the right to vary or terminate the offers and programs at any time.

I also understand and agree that Hong Kong Treble Choirs’ Association Limited and the Organizing Committee of 2015 World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival – Hong Kong have the final and absolute rights to amend and decide the distribution of all awards and prizes without giving prior notification. Decisions given by the jury will be final and any breach of the Festival Regulations by any of the group member will lead to disqualification.

The participating choir/group hereof undertake that Hong Kong Treble Choirs’ Association Limited:1. has the rights to record and photograph all performances and/or competitions2. has the rights to broadcast and/or publish the recorded materials and photographs taken during and after the Festival

and3. retains the copyrights of all sorts of recorded materials and photographs taken in the Festival.
