From Ann Marie . . . Exist in the Present.Where are your thoughts? From what perspective do your look at things? What is your

reality? You can only be in the present moment. Everyone, including you , is in constant change. If you look back into the past, you only see where you and others were at that time, rather than now in the present. The same is true if you are always looking into the future. You miss the moments of delight and opportunity in the present. What reality are you in? Are you open to detach yourself from past discretions and future expectations to honor yourself and others in the present moment?

Awaken by Ann Marie Work

It is time to awaken to the fullness of who you are.• To remove the friction, clouding your thinking, that builds up with each judgment you make.• To remove the tightness throughout your being that builds up with each moment of fear.• To strengthen your will, that has diminished with each time that you felt powerless.• To embrace the true value of who you are and live from the Divine Love within you.

When you acknowledge, embrace and live your life in alignment with the Divine Love within, you feel good about yourself. There is a warm comfortable feeling that appears to spread through your being. The longer you are in this space the more you want to smile. Your body may even begin to rock. Often you will take a “sigh”. This sigh is a physical sign that something is shifting in your body or your mind. You begin to breathe deeper and more rhythmic. The whole body relaxes. This is your natural state of being. It is a state of health and vitality accompanied by peace, joy, harmony, fulfillment, creativity, trust in self, inner strength, positive actions, confidence, security, discernment, intuition and organization.

It is in this space the body, mind and personality begin to align with the Heart and Mind of God within you and you begin to perceive your unique relationship with the Divine Love within. If you continue on this path, transformation takes place.

Transformation is any shift from negative to positive. It can take place in the mind, body or personality. Most often if it is noticeable in one area, it is happening simultaneously in many other areas as well. You are a whole being, not segmented into various parts separated one from the other. Transformation is a gradual upliftment in many areas all taking place at the same time in different degrees of rejuvenation and regeneration.

Transformation begins with awakening to the individual expression of Divine Love that you are. It is about going within, reconnecting to and activating the Divine Love within. It is letting it fill you up and resurrecting its presence in your life as a radiant beacon of life. It is letting it wash through to purify your being of anything that Love is not, restoring your innocence and clarifying your inner strength to stand in the Truth of who you are.

As you awaken to the presence of the Divine Love within, your awareness accelerates its movement in, around and through your being. It washes through you like liquid velvet, soothing inner static and emotional friction. It enlivens each cell, filling you with a renewed sense of life. It illuminates the radiance within, making you aware of the sunshine of the Soul.

Awaken to the Divine Love of who you are.Open your conscious awareness to the majesty of the Love within you.

Feel the warmth of this Love cradle you on the waves of each breath that you take.Perceive the fullness of this Love moving through you,

igniting like a spark of life, radiating from the core of your being,it gently enfolds you in the radiance of its presence.

Allow yourself to move confidently into the security of this presence within,to align your thoughts, words and actions

with the magnificence of this Love from deep within you.You are a Creative expression of Divine Love.

It is who you are and always will be.

The Rhythm of Discernment is probably the most important rhythm to assist you in maintaining peaceful balance in day to day living. It is a Rhythm of empowerment which moves through your heart and out into your body and into your life when you trust your inner guidance enough to live in alignment with the Divine Love of the Heart and Mind of God which lives within you.

When you stand in your Truth, trusting yourself - trusting your inner wisdom - an amazing thing happens. You stand taller. Looking in the mirror, you recognize that your posture has shifted. You stand erect, your shoulders lift and you breathe easier. Your systems move into alignment. You feel the strength within you and know that all things are possible. Doubt takes a back seat and you are able to make responsible decisions and move forward with determination.

Many confuse the concepts of judgment and discernment. To judge is to compare and criticize. It disempowers both you and the one you judge. To discern is to determine and then stand in the empowerment of your truth. Judgment suppresses and limits the creative energy of Divine Love. Discernment supports and encourages the movement of the creative expression of Divine Love in all things.

When you support someone else in standing in their Truth by encouraging or inspiring them to trust their inner wisdom, it affects your life. You move into the heartfelt awareness of the possibilities available when others are supported for their positive beliefs, dreams and ideas. To be a catalyst for another’s growth is a great gift of Love.

Make a list of all of the people who have inspired and encouraged you throughout your lifetime. Pass it forward. Make a list of those you would like to call, just to give a kind uplifting word to. Make no less than one of these calls per week and watch your world change. For as you give, so shall you receive.

The Lesson of DiscernmentExcerpts from Proclamations of the Soul by Rich Work

All truth is truth,but not all truth is your truth.

A major lesson is unfolding before us. That lesson is known as discernment. This lesson will confront you again and again until you master the lesson of discernment. We are moving out of a world of codependency into a world of cocreation.

In a codependent world we were taught to listen with our head. In a cocreative world we must learn to listen with our heart. There are many who would like to tell you what your truth is and have you embody their thought forms, become part of their drama and conform to their truth. The Earth will no longer support those who choose to live in codependency. Theirs will become a world of struggle—until they move forward in harmony with the evolving consciousness of humanity.

The eyes want to believe what they see.The ears want to believe what they hear.

The heart can neither see nor hear.It knows.

Listen with your heart.

It is a universal truth that thought is the most powerful energy in Creation. Thought is energy put into motion. Our world, our universe and our reality have been created by thought forms. Too often words are said carelessly, and thought forms that may not be in alignment with an individual’s highest consciousness become embodied. As you become the master of your universe, you will no longer be governed by such limitations.

To experience fear, judgment and doubt, you have played the role of the victim. To be a victim is to see everything coming from outside yourself, giving you a reason to blame others and “circumstances beyond your control” for your failures and misfortunes. To be a victim is to relinquish your power to others, to believe that others are responsible for your health, your livelihood, your food, your security. To be a victim is to strip away your conscious awareness of your divine being. But to be a master is to reverse this process and realize that everything you seek is within. Follow your heart—be the master.

• To be a master is to walk your truth. • To be a master is to live your truth. • To be a master is to honor all other masters for the journey they have chosen. • To be a master is to never violate the free-will choice of another. • To be a master is to allow no other to violate your free-will choice. • To be a master is to be in nonjudgment of another, even though they might be judging you in the moment. • To be a master is to see the perfection within all that you can see and perceive.

The more you stand in your mastery,the more compassion you will have.

It is easier to be a master of your worldwhen you love the world you live in.

Living in Discernmentby Ann Marie Work

Have you ever contemplated what it would be like to stand fully and completely in the Truth of the Divine Love within?

In this Truth there is no judgment of self and othersonly the recognition and acceptance of the Divine Love within all.

In this Truth there is no fear of experiencing and expressingthe many facets of the Divine Love within and supporting it in all others.

In this Truth there is no limitation or suppressionof standing in the power of the Divine Love within yourself or others.

In this Truth there is no lack of self-worthand value of the Divine Love within yourself and all others.

In addition to the program above, I plan to:

• Find and read Proclamations which include the words discernment and truth. I have found this opens up insights and revelations, giving direction to my life. (Thank you, Rich.)

• Redo the Basic Parasite Cleanse with Discernment. (See the “January - In Harmony” publication)

According to scientists, the color silver or blue-green is a color of purification, cleansing and rebuilding. In Symmetry, these colors are related to the Rhythm of Discernment. Therefore, this month I plan to:

• Use the liquid Harmonic Discernment to assist me in finding my truth, cleansing out thoughts and emotions out of alignment with the truth of Divine Love, which will assist in expanding the Breath of Life throughout my body to assist in purifying my body of debris and parasites while rebuilding a strong immune system.

• Plus I will use drops of Harmonic AWAKEN to amplify my awareness of the Divine Love within.

• Wear these colors often.

• Turn on some music and meditate in the Rhythm of Discernment often.

• Add drops of Harmonic Discernment - in my bath, my food, my laundry and where ever appropriate.

• And I will review uses for Harmonic Discernment in this month’s IN HARMONY and in our booklet.

I invite you to join me in moving into your personal Rhythm of Discernment.

This month I will focus on the present moment with the intention to stand in the Truth of the Divine Love within. As I journal each day, I will take note of the beliefs, fears and judgments which surface. I will take note of how often I focus on the past indiscretions or future expectations I have of myself or others. I will honor myself by making an honest assessment of the reality I choose to live in and make an effort to expand my awareness of the Divine Love within.

To energetically assist me in harmonizing the thoughts and emotions attached to past perceptions and future expectations plus give me the courage to Trust the Divine Love within. I will use the Harmonic Discernment by placing 5 drops in my beverages 4 times a day, plus at the same time, place a drop on the palms of my hands and soles of my feet (or a drop in each shoe).

An Attunement of Discernmentby Ann Marie Work

Turn on soft relaxing music.Sit upright on a firm chair, so your back is a few inches from the back of the chair.

Breathe - into the wave of the Breath and into the Peace.

Feel your Heart breathing with you, then reach in to embrace the Love within your Heart.Reach deeper into the Divine Love within you, your connection to the Heart and Mind of God.Feel this Love, like a smile in your Heart, expand through your body from head to toe, And Breathe with you with each breath that you take.Focus on being totally present with the Breath moving into your lungs and back out again. Hear yourself breathing. Feel the air entering your nose. Follow it down to your lungs, to your solar plexus.

On the exhale follow the breath as it leaves your mouth.Feel the Love within your heart Breathing with you and say the word Truth.

Let yourself relax and trust the peaceful balance of the wave of the Breath moving through you. This is your Rhythm of Discernment.

The movement of this Rhythm through your being, brings your systems into alignment with the truth of Divine Love within; that there is nothing to judge, there is nothing to fear, there is no lack of power, and there is no lack of self-worth. As you trust the Divine Love within; it unfolds, washing away and purifying your doubts and thoughts of limitation, bringing your reality into alignment with the truth of the Divine Love.

Focus on the peaceful balance of the gentle waves of discernment within you. Do each of these Breaths three or more times.Feel your Heart relaxing into the waves of the Breath and the peaceful balance within.Feel your lungs and chest expand as they open to trust the Breath on the inhale, - then send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Feel your collar bones and shoulders rock back and open to trust the Breath on the inhale, - then rock forward to send it out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath moving down your arms, into your hands and fingers on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath moving up through your neck, into your head and face on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath flowing through the back of your Heart into your spine on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath moving down into your hips and pelvic cradle on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath moving down your legs and into your feet and toes on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath moving through your abdomen on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.Open to trust the Breath breathing in your Heart on the inhale, - then out to the rest of the body on the exhale.

Focus on the way this Rhythm of Discernment continues to move through your being as you proclaim,“ I embrace the Magnificence of the Divine Rhythm of Discernment within me. And so it is”.
