Here at Doorsets Ireland, we pride ourselves as avent-garde in our quest for excellence.We specialise in the supply of prehung doorsets and screens nationwide and overseas, to both domestic and commercial building projects.It is our philosophy to produce a quality product which is machined using state of the art computerised equipment which we hope exceeds our client’s expecta-tions.With over 15 years experience in the door manufacturing business and with highly qualified joiners and engineers on hand, our pedantic approach is evident in all aspects of our work.Our fire doors and screens exceed the minimum fire safety requirements; as outlined in part B of the building regulations. PRE-HUNG DOORSETS

A pre-hung doorset comprises of all the components machined, fitted and assembled on a door for ease of installation on site. The complete assembled Doorset is then palleted and ready for delivery or collection.

At our factory in Ferbane, Co. Offaly we fully machine doors and frames, fitting ironmongery, glass and vision panels, packing them and delivering these products to your doorstep for ease of installation on site. We ensure the doorsets are precision engineered with a tolerance of less than 0.1mm for a perfectly clean finish. All of the interior doors, including the fire doors are supplied by Ireland’s leading door suppliers, and each door undergoes a quality check before it leaves our factory.

We will keep in constant contact with you, from the time you choose your doors and components right through to delivery and after, to ensure you receive the highest quality service possible.With over fifteen years experience within the timber machining industry you can be sure of receiving the highest quality product on the market.

FIRE DOORS AND SCREENS

Here at Doorsets Ireland we supply a range of interior fire doors in Oak, Walnut, White Primed, Ash and Paint Grade finish (as well as special order finishes) which have been extensively tested and are supplied with a fire certificate.

Renowned for speed of production where quality never falters, Doorsets Ireland aim to exceed the minimum requirements outlined in Part B of the building regulation when machining and assembling our products.

We continually improve our methods of production by researching and implementing the latest fire proofing products available to the market from Europes leading fire door prevention specialists.Our fire proof screens can be assembled in various sizes.

Doorsets Ireland can offer you precision machined mouldings such as skirtings, architraves and door frames, machined in a wide range of profiles to suit all applications. Doorsets can offer a range of engineered mouldings for the domestic self build or hardwood mouldings for large commercial construction projects as shown above.

Our mouldings are available in Ash, Walnut, White Oak, Iroko, Sapele, Maple, Cherry, Steamed Beech, Red Deal and Poplar.
