Process of computing charges for various heads is automatic and debit notes should be generated automatically. The collection takes place against various heads such as service charges, house keeping charges, sinking fund, parking charges, lift maintenance charges etc. Every society forms its own structure of charges for raising the funds. These charges are collected on monthly/ once in 2 months/ quarterly/ annual basis.
