Create a new site

Choose the Blank template

Name your site
This will be your site’s address

Choose a theme
Sites.google.com
Enter code and click Create site
Create Page
Use this to create a new page on your site.
More Actions
Use More Actions to access general site information and options.
Edit Page
Use this to make changes to the page you’re viewing.
Editing a Page
When you’re in page edit mode, you’ll see the editing menu bar and tool bar

The toolbar has standard commands such as: bold, underline, insert link and alignment.
Insert MenuStandard options:
Image: Add a picture (Upload or from the web)
Link: Insert a hyperlink
Horizontal Line: To divide page sections
Insert MenuInsert Google
products:
Will automatically show a list of anything associated with your account (Example: Clicking Document will show a list of all Google Docs in your account.

Insert a Google or YouTube video.
Format MenuAdvanced formatting

page to organize data
Layout MenuChange the page

NavigationSite will automatically
put every page on the navigation bar and alphabetize.
Navigation can also be customized.

box, click Edit
NavigationTo customize, uncheckAutomatically organize
my navigation
NavigationAdd pages from your
site by clicking Add page
Reorder pages with
Add a link to another site by clicking Add URL
NavigationFurther organize a large
number of pages by creating multiple navigation menus in the sidebar
Each appears as a separate box and each has a title that can be customized.

box, click Add sidebar item

DesignTo change design and other options,click More actions. Next, click Manage site.
