Feedback is taken from the students, faculty members, alumni and stakeholders for quality

improvement and development of the institution.

Feedback is taken from the students through on-line feedback portal as well as through paper

and pen method for curriculum, syllabus revision and faculty members. Analysis of this

feedback is done manually and on-line feedback is provided by the on-line portal.

Feedback from the alumni id taken during their visit to the parent institute, and during

alumni meet, where they share their experiences and the points required for the up-gradation

of practical skills in the practical experiences.

Feedback is also taken from the institutes where the alumni are placed regarding their

contribution and performance in the current working place.

1. Quality sustenance and quality enhancement measures are regularly undertaken

through IQAC for ensuring the effective development of the curricula.

2. Balanced curriculum revision of UG/PG courses (every 3-5 years) interwoven with

employability cum entrepreneurship skills and social orientation component. Curriculum

revision will be done in the year 2017-18, and will be done in the current academic year

i.e. 2019-20.

3. Representation of national and international faculty in BOS and Academic Council

body.

4. Use of technology in teaching- learning process.

5. Recruitment of qualified and experience faculty members.(11 faculty members have

obtained Ph.D degree, 02 faculty members are perusing Ph.D)

6. Mentoring programme by the stakeholders.

9. Hands on training through of various procedures through Midwifery skill stations,

12. Encouraging the students to adopt case study method to understand and evaluate the

research proposal and research writing format.

14. Yearly subscription of Online Del-Net for online journals and books.

15. International collaboration with School of Health Malardalen University, Sweden for

student and faculty exchange programme has been initiated.

16. Certain points related to curricular aspects were considered , Multiple Choice

Questions were removed from examination of UG, special leaves were granted to

faculty for further educational development, parents were informed about their wards

performance regularly other than parents teachers meetings
