Phase 2.a Overview

What is it?

● Phase 2.a provides the ability to order MTE from Postal plants

Who does it impact?

● MTESC Mailers – Mailers who currently order MTE from the MTESC will have the option to either order directly from the MTESC or pick up from a Postal plant

● Local Mailers – Mailers who only pick up MTE from Postal Plants will use MTEOR to request MTE

Future Enhancements

Below are some potential enhancements planned for the MTEOR application:

● Customer Reports – Templates are still being defined and are open for discussion

● Messaging ‘Module’ on MTEOR Homepage – Various updates will be shared with users via messages (i.e. known system issues; MTE supply updates, etc.)

● Order History – Order history will be expanded to 10/15/30 days. Users will eventually be able to export up to 13 months of order history

● Withdraw Capabilities - When a user withdraws an order, the screen will be automatically updated to show the available transportation and ‘Modify’ will be added as an order status
