INTRODUCTION MechAFER is an Wireless

Semi-Automatic type Fire Fighting Robot (FFR) . We are not using any form of SENSORS in MechAFER . It was an initiative proceeded by Us because In Modern World , where we keep Human Safety first in Consideration we had to Design a ROBOT that is Efficient , Economic as well as Effective . It works using Electronic Circuits that are Wireless . Thus , it deals with a branch of Mechatronics – (i.e. Mechanical & Electronics)

To STOP or PREVENT the Fire spreading over any Area/Section of Places like – Buildings, Parks, Compartments, etc.Concerning Human Safety Level is one of its Main AIM/OBJECTIVE.Its Max. C.P must be Affordable to ALL.Lower Maintenance & Much Effective in USE.Moreover , It must NOT be any form of TOY-MODEL type.Must Lead to an Successful INVENTION…

OBJECTIVES

How is it Effective ???

» Firstly, it is an Wireless Robot that can be guided using its Remote Controllers..

» In MechAFER we are using 2 Pumps for Water pumping each can generate a Pressure of 12 bar. With the help of this the Water can be Sprayed up to 25ft.

» The Arm with the Nozzle can be rotated at 360ᵒ motion Left-Right and with the Movement (Up & Down) of about 300ᵒ .

Position of the place of Fire . » This is a Semi-Automatic type Robot ; Thus it is a

great and important factor as it has to always deal with Fire..

» For more enhancement, we have placed 3 Surface Nozzles it is used to Stop the Fire that is on the Road/Plane/Surface.

» This way it can Move Forward and get Nearer to Fire as the Fire on any Object that is on Floor is already prevented by the 3 Surface Nozzles.
