Welcome to the NRC, gentlemen, we hope to be reading your reports often here in the pages of DX NEWS. Your New Member kits will be in the mail shortly.

nrc on the air Beginning in February, the NRC will have a regular program on MW DX'ing on Radio Nederland (shortwave - no PJB relay, at least at present). The program will be a5out 5 minutes long and will consist of basic information on MW DX'ing, DX tips, and information on the NRC. The program will be prepared and taped here in Boston by members of the BPC. In view of the heavy response we've already gotten from Radio Nederland listeners in connection with the T4LT and the NRC Log, we expect to stimulate interest in MW DX'ing and the NRC in a rather large audience; we'll provide dates and times for the program in a future issue of DX NEWS.

The results of the Transatlantic Listening Test held last November are still being readied for analysis; so many TA receptions were reported by members of the NRC and our fellow clubs in Europe that we must process the data by computer... Members of the BPC are punching the reported receptions into a format suitable for computer analysis; Phil Sullivan and Gordon Nelson are currently preparing the analysis programs. Look for the TALT report here in DX NEWS sometime early next year.

AFTER a YEAR of OFFSET "Please renew my NRC member~hip for another year. The DX NEWS has been just great always, and now it even surpasses its past performance in variety and content. Great work fellows!" "Howard McClain, Oregon.

"The NRC is constantly becoming greater and I really appreciate the tremendous work and the skillful planning that has turned the DX NEWS into a neat magazine packed with those things that make DX'ing a thrilling hobby. My dues for 1970 lirst Class delivery are enclosed..." *Clarence Freeman, California

"Enclosed is my check for $10.00 as my renewal fee for DX NEWS. I do not want to miss a copy! There has already been over ten dollars' worth of valuable information in the paper in the last month, and I'm sure there's more to come. I greatly appreciate those who so carefully and consistently prepare DX NEWS and other publications for the benefit of radio hobbyists. If we do not become experts, it won't be because you haven't supplied plenty of know-how."

*Isaac Eaves, Texas

"I very much enjoy the fine bulletin. This printed publication is just great and the information inside the covers is most~worthwhile to the BCB DX'er. Keep up the fine job." *Hank Holbrook, Maryland

"Please renew my membership in 'our' exclusive DX club. It's been great being a member of the NRC and I hope to get back into the DX Groovethis year."

*Bill Brubaker, Florida

"I want again to thank the Boston crew for the continuing excellent job of running the club and producing the bulletin..." *Robert Kelley, Wisconsin

"The staff of DX NEWS does a top notch job with every issue and are to be congratulated!" *Stan Mayo, Maine

"Enclosed is my check for another year's membership to the foremost DX club of America. " *Roger Winsor, Indiana

."In the field of MW-DX there are two Clubs thriving and issuing bulletins with the class and authority that is needed - in this country we have Medium Wave News; across the Atlantic, DX NEWS of the NATIONAL RADIO CLUB: both bulletins are about as authoritative as they come! If you think that an 'authoritative' bulletin has to be dry and lacking in member-participation then you are mistaken - even when the letter pages of CONTACT were 8 a month there was never the member-particiaption to be found in the 'Musings' pages of the NRC's DX NEWS. . .
