Location

Greece - a country located in the southeastern part of Europe, on the southern end of the Balkan Peninsula. It borders four countries, Albania, the Republic of Macedonia, Bulgaria and Turkey. It has access to the four seas: Aegean, the Cretan, Ionian and Mediterranean. The highest peak is high at 2917 meters above sea level Olympus.

Currency

The currency of Greece is Euro and any other currency is not accepted here. Euro banknotes both in Greece and throughout the euro area have seven denominations: 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500. Coins have a value of 1, 2 euro and 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 euro cents.
