Changing livesBy JACK BIRCH
West Rand — Stuck in a rut? Things not goingyour way? Perhaps you need the services of SteveKrummeck, transformational coach and catalystin the lives of so many who need change.
People all around Johannesburg have soughtout Steve for his ability to instill confidence andsuccess, and many in the Roodepoort area cantestify to his powerful techniques.
"Everything changes when you look at your-self. It’s the old truth of living life by being trueto yourself. So many people stumble blindly, ignoring their core values and who they are, making them pursue things like money, cars, houses, all those material things," says Steve.
"My first question to people is ‘Who are you?’,to which they invariable reply with their pro-fession.
But that’s not what I asked. I want a deeperreflection of the core self, so that people canunderstand who they are and what drivesthem."
"When people are balanced in the eight keyareas on the wheel of life, it has a profound affecton your health.
"The biological effects of positive thoughtsand emotion comes from the chemistry in ourbodies. If you live in fear, you are more prone toailments such as cancer, heart disease, arthritisetc.
"I use a holistic approach to tap into theabsolute magnificence that people have insidethem. People are infinitely capable, but also needto know their limits and set realistic goals in thisprocess.
"I believe that what you see is what you get.Visualisation, psychology, communication sci-
ence and neural linguistic programming are someof the tools I use. Scientific research has been donethat clearly shows our thoughts manifesting inreality.
"People often don’t realise that they have achoice, and that their lives, at this point, existbecause of the things they have chosen."
"That acceptance of ultimate responsibility isthe most powerful realisation that people can havethat they are in control of their lives.
Steve has had over 25 years experience in thecorporate world, drawing on his skills in mar-keting, human resources, psychology, public re-lations and also many more abstract fields such asphilosophy and quantum physics.
"In the business world I found that I had theability to create phenomenal teams. Drawing outpeople who could work together and realise theirgoals, putting people in the right positions andallowing them to strive for their goals was the basisof my coaching.
Steve makes use of retreats, private coachingand workshops to cater to his clients who comefrom all walks of life.
