Now that you cozied up to your passions on Day 5 (woo hoo), today’s lesson and assignment is about caring for your spirit. Ahhhh, sounds good right? How do you feel in your spirit? How do you want to feel? What ways work best for you when you want to connect spiritually? The answer is different for everyone. Perhaps you do this through reading religious texts, attending services, listening to music, meditating, doing yoga, listening to guided visualizations, dancing, doing creative projects or crafts, walking in nature or using Law Of Attraction (or manifesting) principles. These only represent a very small number of ways one might care for or create, their spiritual connection. DAY 6

Now that you cozied up to your passions on Day 5 (woo hoo), today’s lesson andassignment is about caring for your spirit. Ahhhh, sounds good right? How do youfeel in your spirit? How do you want to feel? What ways work best for you when youwant to connect spiritually?

I am a BIG believer in consciously creating your life and business. I believe we haveFAR more power to manifest the things we desire in our lives than most of us wereever taught. Today, I invite you to open to the possibilities that you can affect orimpact what is happening in your life at a FAR higher level than you may currentlybe aware.  

When you begin to look at life as happening FOR you rather than TO you, the gamechanges - everything changes. This even includes the more difficult times in ourlives. In fact sometimes, life is happening for you especially through the hard times.It is reflecting back to us what we are feeling and believing deep within. Thatreflection is a message telling us where we truly are within ourselves. Being aware ofthat then helps us reset or redirect our lives and circumstances.

We can become more consciously aware of all this and develop a deepunderstanding that you hold more power than you can possibly imagine. This iswhere your freedom is realized and freedom = SPARK. 

Now that you have cleared some space for your vision to come to life, begun to craftyour vision, connect to your core desires, claim your core values and cozy up toyour passions, how do you bring it all to LIFE? How do you bring it into your realityso you are feeling it, touching it, and experiencing it every day?

You can begin by creating your emotional end points and desires daily. This is apowerful tool to draw in what you want most in your life. We are doing this alreadywhether we are aware of it or not. The goal now is to become more conscious anddirective so you can draw in more of the wanted, and less of the unwanted. 

If you are ready take this seriously – I know you are (!), I invite you to explore a fewtools that have helped me care for my spirit and they have made ALL the differencein my life. (Note: I am not an affiliate of any of the following, just a huge fan.)

Flowdreaming is the most powerful manifestation or consciouscreation tool I have found. Flow dreaming is a highly creative, active,emotionally-rich audio experience. This process was created bySummer McStravick – one of the founders of Hay House Radio(Louise Hay was her boss).

You can also purchase hundreds of other Flowdreams atan extremely low cost or pick up Summer’s book “Creative Flowdreaming” to learnhow and why this works. (The principles are rooted in quantum physics.)

Practicing flowdreaming empowers you to generate new positive emotionalfrequencies and vibrations within and around you. These energetic shifts magnetizeand attract your desires faster than anything else. This takes practice but today I invite you to consider simply starting. It is possible to experience big shifts in veryshort order.

A daily, consistent practice of this can change your life.

At first, try just 10 minutes a day, 5 days per week. To have the greatest impact inyour life, do this first thing in the morning, before distractions, demands and yourtask list take all your attention.  The morning is THE very best time to create themomentum you want rather than waiting for momentum to happen to you becausewhen you do, it is often not the momentum you actually want. You will expand intomore time as you get hooked and the habit becomes as natural as brushing yourteeth in the morning. It will become something you absolutely crave.

I heard for decades how important yoga and meditation were for overall well-being,peace, health, happiness, success, and manifestation before ever actually doingit. Often when we hear something that often, we tune it out but we don't actuallyreap the benefits until we make these incredible tools a consistent part of our lives.Now, I cannot imagine going without these daily practices in my life. Start small ifyou need to. I did. As with everything, it takes just one step at a time.

Yoga. I also recommend yoga to help you shift your emotional andspiritual energy. A great place to start for FREE is Yoga WithAdriene. I just love her style! You can find her at:https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene. She has videosfor all levels and time durations (even as short as 5 minutes). Herclasses are categorized very specifically so you can pick somethingfor exactly where you're at.

Meditation. The app "Insight Timer" is great! It is FREE and thereare SO many options to choose from based on exactly what youneed. They have silent meditations, meditations with music andguided meditations of all lengths. You can even set the timer for justone minute and do a one minute meditation. It's incredible howeven a minute can shift your energy and change the momentum ofyour day.

Gratitude journaling is another powerful practice you can use toconsciously create and direct your life. What we focus on grows.When we notice all the good we DO have, right now, more comes tous. Play with this. In fact, I invite you to try simply trusting that themore grateful and appreciative you are for all the “little” things, themore good comes into your life and then see what happens! ThankGod/The Universe/Source when you notice the good. As you growyour gratitude and appreciation, your life will be filled with a LOTmore incredible experiences! 

To start this daily practice, I suggest putting a journal on your nightstand by yourbed to write in before you go to sleep. Commit to writing down at least three thingsyou are grateful for or can appreciate from your day. Anything goes (e.g. sunstreaming through the window in the morning, birds chirping, hot cup of tea youloved, call with a friend, cuddling with your pet, the roof over your head...) You may notice you can’t stop writing once you start! Then allow all those goodfeelings about what you are thankful for remain in your mind as you drift off tosleep. Feel yourself smiling as you close your eyes remembering the wonderfulthings (big and small) that came to you that day. This will powerfully affect yoursubconscious as you sleep and begin to program the following day for good thingsto happen.

... you bring so much more to the world. The more you shine, the more those aroundyou do too. It's contagious! We need more light, kindness and love in the world andin doing this kind of internal energy work, you - gorgeous soul – are adding more ofthese delicious aspects into ALL of our lives. Thank YOU.

Business strategies and the how to’s of making money doing what you love areimportant. You need new skills to make it work AND, if your dominant energy orvibration isn’t high and consistently coming from love, peace, joy, generosity,gratitude, trust, happiness, joy, optimism, compassion - the results of your effortssuffer significantly. I hope you can trust me on this.

You can, bit by bit, navigate more and more away from low vibration emotions (e.g.anger, hate, jealousy, negativity, bitterness, grief, sadness, guilt, shame) and intothose gorgeous higher vibration emotions, no matter what your currentcircumstances. It's a mental habit that can be changed.

THIS is where your power lies, in your ability to shift your state so you can attractwhat it is that you want, into your one precious life.

This is caring

for your spirit.
