options mean, who is “in charge” of building and sending this data?

Appending in correction records … stamping as submitted, important to know how this affects the transmission

SADE cutoff date … why is it so varied district to district? Districts are responsible to maintain this date.

Posting to history … district is responsible for this. Do you check that it processes? Do you know what to look for?
