Wait List / Our aim is a balanced and international judo youth tournament. As of that, we have decided to

Choice System: only allow 50% of all participants to receive guaranteed tickets upon enrolment. Upon reaching

these 50%, we will appoint start tickets on a case-by-case basis with above aim in mind (criteria

based). Such decisions of ours are solely our call and final. We try our best to make fair decisions.

Confirmation Registrations will only be finally confirmed upon payment of the enrolment fees within 6

upon Payment: weeks. Non paid enrolments will be put on wait list after 6 weeks (and the guaranteed start

tickets is lost). The same principle applies to confirmations (by us) of wait list positions: if not

paid for 6 weeks, the start ticket will be granted to a different athlete.

As of that: Please make the wire transfer immediately upon enrolment!

Cancellations: Cancellations of participants lead to a loss of the guaranteed start ticket (and someone else will

be grated the start ticket). Enrolment fees are non-refundable (for whatever reason). Until the

registration deadline, all changes of participants are free of charge - and paid enrolment fees are

not lost. Change of age group is also free of charge, but the guaranteed start ticket may be lost. If

in such case, the participant does not receive a start ticket, the enrolment fee is lost. Enrolment

fees are never paid back for whatever reason. A start at the tournament is only possible, after

having paid ALL due enrolment fees before the start of the tournament, including cancellations.
