3INTRODUCTION
Problem statement: Nowadays, many devices depend on electricity, but its
transmission requires wires, which take a huge amount of copper and other metals. In
economic terms, this is a huge financial cost, in the environmental - risks to the
environment and humans. The Brovin Kacher allows you to create a high-frequency
field for the transmission of electricity. At the same time, the Kacher converts 12V
from the power supply into a field with a frequency of about 1 MHz.
The significance of the research: The experiments on wired and wireless
power transmission began more than 100 years ago - with the experiments of Nikola
Tesla. On September 22, 1896, the Tesla Transformer was claimed by a US patent as
"Apparatus for the production of high frequency electric currents and potentials." In
1993, on the basis of the discovery, Brovin designed and patented an absolute sensor
- a device that converts an angle (any) and distance (from microns to meters) into an
electrical signal (tens of volts, or pulse repetition rate) directly. The Russian Patent
Office assigned the device the name of the author as a distinguishing feature of the
“Brovin Sensor”. The author called the device a kacher (reactance shaker). But the
discovery of Brovin was not honored with positive feedback in the professional
environment of physicists. Brovin never achieved industrial realization and
promotion of his ideas. Despite the considerable amount of work in the field of this
kind of research, the topic remains not fully worked out, since the Brovin kacher
violates a huge number of laws of physics and remains a mystery to many researchers
and theorists.
The aim of this research is determined by method transmission of electricity.
The objectives of the research are:
to study of the physical principle of the transmission of electricity, to
conduct a literature review of ways to create the Kacher and indicate methods
of its usage.
to assemble the Brovin Kacher and conduct a series of studies.
to explore of the methods of its application.
4 to study the results of research, draw conclusions about the possibility of
using the Kacher for increasing energy transmission
The object of the research is the solenoid coil.
The subject of the research is the effect obtained from the object of study of
this work - quality, assembled from improvised materials.
The hypothesis is that many researchers have tried and are still trying to find a
source of alternative energy. It seems to me that professor Brovin approached this
find when he created his kacher.
Scientific novelty of the work:
It was made an attempt to improve the schemes existing in available
technical literature and web resources, use an adjustable resistor to change the power
quality not on the power supply but on the researched device of the solenoid coil.
The theoretical significance of the work:
This research summarizes the results of several studies in this area, as well
as my own gained experience during the working of the solenoid coil device.
The practical significance of the work:
As a result of research:
- the Brovin kacher device was created.
- different experiments were conducted to obtain energy of various currents.
According to the second study, conclusions were drawn that the Kacher is able
to convert 12V to 20-26V.
Chapter 1. Theoretical part.
1.1. Methodology and research methods: Brovin’s Kacher is a device that
converts any angle and distance (from microns to meters) into an electrical signal
(tens of volts, or pulse repetition rate) directly. The discrepancy with the basic
fundamental laws of physics is that the inductances that make up the circuit transfer
energy according to a linear law, contrary to the laws of Ampere and Bio Savvard,
which assume inverse proportionality. The volumetric charge of the transformer
resistance is converted into a parametric capacitance, which charges the inductance,
5and then breaks the electric circuit, this causes the accumulated inductance energy to
collapse (destroy), through its own resistance and energy is radiated into the
surrounding space in the form of nanosecond pulses with frequencies from the Hertz
fractions up to megahertz units. It can be taken to an external galvanically
unconnected inductance, and you can "drain" the energy into the capacitor and as a
result get a DC transformer that does not contain iron with an efficiency of 20 – 40
%.
Radiation has the properties of a solution - the interaction energy between
inductances does not decrease inversely with the square of the distance between the
conductors, but is almost linear with a proportionality coefficient less than unity.
1.2. Literature review:
The Soviet radio engineer Vladimir Ilyich Brovin as an element of an
electromagnetic compass invented the Brovin’s Kacher in 1987. Brovin discovered
inconsistencies with generally accepted knowledge in the operation of the electronic
circuit of the compass he created and began to study them. Brovin’s Kacher is a type
of generator assembled on a single transistor and working, according to the inventor,
in an emergency mode. They do not fit into any of the modern theories of
electromagnetism.
1.3. The essence of the method:
The Brovin’s kacher is a kind of semiconductor discharger in which the
discharge of an electric current passes through the crystal base of the transistor,
bypassing the stage of formation of an electric arc (plasma). The most interesting
thing in the operation of the device is that after the breakdown, the crystal of the
transistor is completely restored. This is due to the fact that the device is based on a
reversible avalanche breakdown, unlike thermal breakdown, which is irreversible for
a semiconductor. However, as evidence of this mode of operation of the transistor,
only indirect statements are given.
Nobody, except the inventor himself, studied the operation of the transistor in
the described device in detail. So, these are just the assumptions of Brovin himself.
So, for example, to confirm the “rocker” mode of operation of the device, the
6inventor cites the following fact: no matter what polarity the oscilloscope is
connected to the device, the pulse polarity shown by it will always be positive.

2.2. The scheme that I followed in assembling the board is as follows:
To make the board, I needed the following radio components:
non-polar capacitor (12V 4500uF)
2 resistors (2.2 kOhm and 150 Ohm)
2 transistors KT805BM.
Other installation details:

0.3mm copper wire (secondary)
7 5 mm copper wire (primary winding)
board for stand.
2.3. Manufacture:
About 0.3 mm wire is wound around the pipe (1000-1500 revolutions). Around
it, the primary winding is wound with an important condition - it should not touch the
secondary winding. After the secondary winding is covered with tape. Using 3D
mounting (soldering), all parts of the circuit are attached and connected to a 12V
power supply. After that, you can start the circuit.
8Conclusion
Kacher Brovina is the original version of the generator of electromagnetic
waves. In my work, I proved that at home you can make a valid quality model, and
also examined the possibilities of its practical application.
Having analyzed all the above, we can draw the following conclusions:
1) If you bring a neon or gas-discharge lamp (even if it’s burnt out) to a working
quality, it will gradually light up as you approach.
2) During operation, the Kacher creates various effects associated with the
formation of various types of gas discharges, for example, a streamer (from the
English Streamer) - dimly glowing thin branched channels that contain ionized gas
atoms and free electrons split off from them. Streamer is the visible ionization of air
(luminescence of ions) created by a quality field.
3) Despite the positive aspects of using this device, it is impossible not to note
its negative impact. Performing this practical work, I drew attention to the fact that
due to the strong electromagnetic field created near the quality, cell phones, cameras,
tablets, and other technical devices fail. And here I thought that in addition to the
positive aspects, this device can have a negative effect on the human body.
After reading the literature on this issue, I found out that a strong
electromagnetic field has a negative effect on the human nervous system. A
prolonged stay near a working device causes a headache, and with close contact, a
slight aching pain in the muscles of the hands. In addition, as it turned out, the Kacher
can emit ozone, we can smell it (picture 5).
Ways of application:
Devices illuminating fluorescent lamps (fluorescent lamps) not from 220V, as
now, but using products of KACHER technology, form a supply voltage of 5 to 10V:
this will significantly reduce the level of fire and explosion hazard.
New relays and magnetic starters, built on the basis of the widespread use of Kacher
technology can lead to lower energy costs and higher production efficiency in
general, which together will allow a very significant economic effect in the country's
economy.
